All the staff displayed excellent customer service. Very accommodating. The only negative there were no charging ports in the rooms just standard plugs.

Fantastic location, great rooftop bar, the hammam was interesting. But the hotel layout was awkward. We had to push through a fire door that looked like a wall to find our room, with absolutely no indication that the “wall” was movable or there were rooms on the other side of it. The bed was the worst I’ve experienced in years. There are Motel 6s with better beds. And the worst was the air conditioning. There was no way to change the temperature and it was minimally helpful to alleviate suffering during the heat wave. Overall, the experience was far from what we have come to expect from Sofitel.

Staff were super nice and helpful. Had problems opening a medication bottle and the staff at front desk helped… Room was cleaned timely. Staff helped with getting ride to airport…

Overall a nice place to stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! The room was nice although a few more outlets would’ve been nice. Would definitely return!

Amazing stay!

This is a great hotel. Loved everything about it.

The room itself was fine, not anything exceptional for a 5* hotel but perfectly fine. But we had one major issue that affected our entire stay. When I booked the room, I requested an extra bed for our 4 year old. The Sofitel confirmed this. When we checked in, we re-confirmed the extra bed and we were assured that even though the bed was not there at check-in (honestly not sure why it wasn’t) that it would be put in the room at some point during the afternoon. But when we returned back to the hotel at 7:30, the bed was not there. Our son’s bedtime is 8, and while we conveyed the urgency to the staff we ultimately waited for over an hour for the bed to be brought to our room despite being told it would be up “immediately”. The staff seemed both completely confused and annoyed by our request which made the entire ordeal even more frustrating, all well trying to tame a very overtired 4 year old. There was no real apology or gesture from the hotel which was incredibly disappointing. We were made to feel like we were a nuisance as opposed to welcomed guests. The only bright spot were the breakfast staff who were delightful.

The hotel is in great location. It’s just a few steps from restaurants and bars. We enjoyed our time in Brussels.

Hotel is located in a quiet area of Brussels but just a 25 minute walk into the centre or short taxi ride. Plenty bars and restaurants nearby and there a great patisserie located opposite in the square for morning coffee and a croissant before setting out for the day. Strongly recommend a day trip to Bruges & Ghent on the train

All was good, except for WiFi, though they had WiFi, they didn’t have secure WiFi acceptable to corporate VPN policies. Hence the only option was to connect to Ethernet when I needed to connect to work VPN. Staff was courteous and friendly, clean room and good location.
