No hot water the entire trip. Could not shower. Gym is closed and terrace was closed for renovation too. Don’t stay here right now.

The Hotel Fontan Reforma is located at very convenient place, close to a lot of attractions, restaurants, caffès and transportation. Street markets, street food, music, dancing you will find literally around the corner. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, our room was cleaned up every day, there is complementary black and green tea and instant coffee. If your window faces the street it will be a bit noisy because one of the main roads runs there. Overall, our stay was pleasant.

They had a group of teenagers running around the hallway on the floor that I was in I called the front desk, at least five times and they didn’t help at all

Great location. The rooms are ok. Our room was spacious, facing Paseo de la Reforma street, noise level was tolerable. We had a couple of issues with our room, there was no hand soap, blow dryer did not work, they come to do your bed but they do not sweep nor mop, shower curtain was very high and all the water wet the bathroom, there was not a single hanger in the closet. Beds are too hard. It is a basic hotel for just sleeping.

It was ok, we like the location, the staff was very kind but we had some issues with the room, for example the smell it was pretty bad inside and outside of our room, also the WiFi connection was very poor and the hot water was not hot enough.. but in general it was fine.. we still enjoyed Mexico City!

The staff was very nice always, the room. Was spacious and very homey the views were spectacular i enjoyed the location very close to everythi g and the meyrobus as well. I will book hete again

Rooms are nice, great roof top to dine. I gave this Hotel 4 stars Because I was not given room service for cleaning. I asked the cleaning person to please clean my room, cleaning person said she would clean it in 30 minutes but never came by. I also requested to have the AC fixed, it was not throwing cold air. AC was never repaired.

One of the best locations in Mexico City. Very nice view from top of the building. Very good food at dinner. City historical center is just outside. Metro transportation stations are just outside. Service persons are very friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very kind and hospitable. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Loved the architecture (&murals), inside decor and rooftop restaurants. Getting an uber was difficult due to construction. On my 2nd full day stay, I did not get cleaning service. The lighting in the bathroom is terribly dark, and no makeup mirror. A solid soap would be appreciated. Thx
