Staff was very friendly. Well organized reception desk that is managed efficiently. However, while lobby and hallways are air conditioned, the rooms are not. Further, windows only open a couple inches. As a result, room temperature was about 90 degrees F at night time on a day that was only a high of 85 degrees F that had cooled down to about 65 degrees F at night. Tried sleeping on the floor next to the open bedroom door to try and get a little bit of air with not much luck toward catching some sleep. On the positive, the dinner and breakfast were decent and those sections have AC for a little relief.

I cannot say enough about how good My stay was. Staff were by far the best I have ever seen. Hotel and the room were spotless. Every Morning I had a traditional Irish Breakfast which was delicious. Unfortunately, there was Heatwave when I arrived 30c which even for an American from New Jersey is Hot. I would have been and Idiot If I had expected air conditioning due to the fact temps like that are extremally rare and if they happen at all it would only be a few days every summer. But they did the verry best they could and put 2 fans in My room which helped a lot. I left My Balcony door open at night which also cooled things off a lot. Bar was also Friendly and the Bar tender went out of his way to be nice to the patrons. Also. Its just a quick cab ride into the city center by bus or taxi. I recommend for travelers from all parts of the world.

Stayed for 4 nights. Breakfast buffet is very good. Meals at the restaurant are also good. Rooms are ok but no safe. Your surrounded by shops and super macs so there’s plenty for late night snack. We used the bus into limerick stop is ten minute walk number 303. Staff are very helpful.

The room was clean, had lots of wardrobe space as well as a fan, hairdryer and iron and ironing board. Staff were very welcoming and friendly.

I was delighted by the kindness, friendliness, and service by Katrina and Laura. We had a few special last-minute requests and they were both very helpful and made our stay fun and easy. Our room was comfortable, clean, and comfortable. The meal we 3 (me and my two young adult kids) had at the hotel was absolutely terrific — my traditional roast dinner was a highlight for sure! Thank you Katrina and Laura for making our stay a great memory, and for your kindness and accommodations. Cheers from Canada!

Although the bed linen, towels and room was clean the hotel is very grubby. Carpets need replacing and bath, shower and bathroom generally was in poor condition. Rust marks on hand basin. Shower was difficult to turn on because part was broken. Shower head dirty and disgusting. Staff very nice and helpful

Overall an ok stay. Room outdated and for the price I think better hotels in Limerick.

Service and food in the restaurant very poor.There was tape stuck over the buttons at the lift and inside the lift were buttons were out of order but not repaired.Doors on to balcony extremely dodgy and unsafe not to mention the moss and grime on balcony leads me to think the exterior hasn't been treated in a while.Also there was damage to skirting boards in bedroom from an obvious old leak from the shower.The shower curtain did not stay positioned where it was meant to.Decor overall needs a huge upgrade inside and outside this hotel.There was a lump of broken wood dumped in the bushes in the outside seating area that was sticking out could easily harm a child if they didnt spot it.Not to mention alot of anti social behaviour setting of alarms in the hotel in the evening time.Also to mention our car was recieved a dint to the door in the carpark which i note per carefully placed signage the hotel does not take responsibility for.I fully believe this hotel was overpriced based on decor quality of services.It was not the comfortable chilled family break we intended it to be, i would not recommend a stay here. Also please note there is a halting site next to this hotel.
