The includes breakfast was great. Also good to have on-site parking. Only a few spots, but we got one! The shower door didn't close properly, and the room was a bit small, but overall OK.

close to train station. No amenities in hotel but we didn't care. if you go to this hotel, your basic expectations for hospitality will not be met. Front desk personnel don't know anything about Customer service. They answer questions in a defensive manner as if you are accusing them of anything. They even have the audacity to raise their voice when you dare to ask again or clarify their responses because of the language barrier. They get annoyed as soon as they realize you don't speak Italian. The trip to airport was only 10 minutes. We arrived at 4am not knowing that it was closed until 4:30. We could have arrived at 5:30 but the front desk person didn't bother to tell us that they close the airport. She called a taxi for us and she told us the fare for the taxi was 30euros for the 10 minute ride. A little expensive. Old man in charge of dinning room and bar is the worst. Miserable and unapproachable. He responds with a bad attitude when asked any questions about breakfast. Don't you dare spill a little of anything. He will kill you with his eyes if he could. The place is clean but a little noisy. If you don't mind the terrible welcoming and bad hospitality, you can stay here.

Second time arrived around 9:30am. My sister and friend took a coffee and juice while waiting to be checked in. The old man got annoyed knowing that it was the end of breakfast and “supposedly” the prefilled juice has to be discarded. Unless they save it for the next day?. On check out they charged us the coffee and juice. Pitiful. We left at 4am and asked and received breakfast boxes but no coffee. Front desk staff not very helpful when asking directions giving only one-two word answers. It was 4 of us, we wanted to sit together at the table. The old man with a bad attitude threw 2 extra table mats and additional silverware when I politely asked. They don’t make u feel welcome. Terrible customer service. They only cater to the Italian speaking customers. Probably they don’t need our business. I will never come back to this hotel. They should learn from American hospitality. We are not arrogant and treat everyone equally. Good things: hotel was clean and next to train station.

Great location, next to the railway station. Breakfast included was very good, plenty of choices. The staff were helpful when needed.

The room was quite tired, handle hanging off one of the wardrobe doors. Bathroom quite dated with a normal window and blind which was too small to cover the opening, leaving us feeling quite exposed to the offices across the road. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. Conveniently located next to the railway station.

This hotel was exactly what I needed exactly when I needed it. Hotel staff fielded questions about posting parcels, got me a sewing kit, and made me cappuccino in the morning. The breakfast might have a juicer (didn't my second morning) but had truly tasty things to eat and the lightest scrambled eggs ever. Felt safe and easy.

We stayed only one night and really enjoyed it. The reception staff were very helpful with advice and things to see. We arrived very early in the day and we able to leave our bags while we spent the day exploring the area, before checking in later in the day. The room was excellent. Warm, quiet, and ample in size. The bed was very cozy as well. The location of the hotel is perfect. About 100m from the train station and still an easy short walk to visit the local sites ! We had booked a breakfast for the following morning but as we had an early train we were going to miss it. No problem, the hotel made up breakfast boxes for us to take away. Oh, and have us a coffee before we left. An excellent place to stay in Brindisi!

Quite a nice hotel in a very good location for the train. The room was quite large and clean and the bathroom too. However the carpets in the hallway were rather dirty and this gave a negative first impression that would be easy to fix with a deep clean. Breakfast was not bad - the pastries were particularly nice - but the hot options were a bit drued up.

The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. However, the sound insulation from the street noise was not great, but at least there was no traffic over the night. Modest breakfast.

We stayed here for 2 nights and wanted a hotel very close to the station. This fits the bill. It's a modern hotel but not in the historic centre, but easy walk to see all the sights and restaurants. The room was fine - very quiet. Staff very helpful. Breakfast was fine with good range of fruit, cereals, bread, meat, pastries and fantastic fresh squeezed orange juice.

Front desk staff was very accommodating and spoke English, which was helpful. They even called me a taxi when I needed one. The hallways had seen some traffic, but the rooms were nice, spacious and clean. Perfect location just outside of the train station. My room faced the station and was very quiet.

Convenient place to stay near the station. The breakfast was good and varied.
