Bedding had black hairs upon out arrival floors were sticky left our shoes on

The TV system didn't work, for me or for others (I overheard them at the front desk): it was incredibly difficult to navigate, and there were serious and VERY frequent buffering issues that caused screen freezes. After an hour trying 4 different channels, I gave up and shut it down. I'm not a big TV junkie, but I had been looking forward to a quiet evening, just watching some telly without interruption, and sipping a glass of wine. I couldn't even watch the morning news, which is a serious thing for me. I've stayed there twice before and the staff are always good, but I noticed a few places where paint had chipped off (especially the bathroom mirror), and there was no grab bar of any sort to help get out of the shower/tub. With so many solo travellers, the vast majority of whom are older women, this just isn't safe. In future, if I stay there, it will only be for the location -- next to the hospital where I have to go for tests occasionally. I had been recommending this site to others, but now it will only be for the location. Was very disappointed this time.

It was a nice quiet place to stay. The furniture is not new, but things were clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful. AC unit worked and was quiet, but particles of dirt(?) came out of it— maybe the first time it had been used this season? Would be fine with staying there again. Tea/coffee and cookies available—a cute touch!

This hotel was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at and the room had a very clean smell. Beds were comfortable and had the most comfortable pillows. I'd stay again without hesitation. Also lots of parking near the entrance and the hotel was conveniently located.

basic room for the night ..rate was good but nothing too fancy ...have stayed here alot as it was very close to the hospital when I required medical procedures there usually yearly. very busy road and area back rooms are a bit quieter for sleep.
