Great location for Wembley, just a short train ride away. Hotel was a little tired, but rooms were clean, beds were comfy and the staff were lovely. Breakfast was a little poor, but included in the price, so all in all good value. Would I stay here again, most definitely!

This Hotel is really convenient, we used it to go and see a concert in Wembley stadium, perfect with rail station next door. Staff were really friendly and welcoming. The hotel itself was really clean, but room could to do with an update and a paint.

Extremely dated & poorly maintained. Rooms felt dirty even though they were clean. Drip marks down wall, cobwebs in corner. Chrome taps are completely diminished. Aircon was noisy and useless and you can't even set the temperature yourself. Windows don't shut properly. No usb points anywhere.

Everything was great. Continental breakfast was basic but nice. Stayed here for a concert in Wembley, not sure if there was a problem with trains at the time but wasn't as well connected as id thought but easy enough to navigate

We stayed in a room that had not been redecorated but it was ok for our purpose of being in the area for a concert and having a 4 hour drive. The best thing is the car park at £10 per stay. Not many in London😂 Bad we arrived for 2 nights. Paid the amount asked, I did not question as I had not booked my daughter had. First night all ok. The next night we got back late and could not access our room. My daughter went downstairs believing we must have done something to the key card. No they had not charged us for the second night! Who just cancels the room. Why not ask us to pay. Room service arrived to service our room so they knew we were there for 2 nights. No apology. Breakfast is ok continental but you can have as much as you want. Fruit salad lovely, coffee from a machine rank. What is wrong with a percolator at least it may be drinkable.

Decor a bit tired but very clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. A little bit more variety on meals.

Great location next to South Ruislip train station for quick access to Wembley. Hotel was clean and tidy. Parking round the back £10. Air con in the room was a bit noisy but only a minor niggle.

For a London hotel, I'm probably most impressed by its value offering. The price I paid was much lower than other hotels in a similar area, which included a complimentary continental breakfast with ample choice; the freshly baked croissants were particularly delicious. The room was large with a comfy double bed and a decent TV on the desk. The room included plenty of storage space. The electrical sockets are outdated, without any located near the bed area. The bathroom was decent and the shower pretty powerful, though again dated when compared to more modern hotels. The whole hotel, including lifts, corridors and lounge/dining areas, was clean and smelled fresh. Although the air conditioning in the ground-floor lobby seemed to be working fine, I can't say the same for our room. You couldn't change the temperature, only fan speed, which, although it was on max, wasn't particularly powerful. Although you could feel a cool breeze, it wasn't strong enough to cool the room, and due to the hot weather, I suffered from a poor night's sleep. The room did include an additional standing fan; however, it was old and wasn't powerful enough to have any effect.

Great, clean, comfortable - always stay here

Abrupt and rude staff on check-in. Rooms poorly maintained. Air-conditioning not working in first room so was moved to another room,just as poorly maintained as the first. Mould on the bathroom ceiling, watermarks on the taps and corroding mirrors in the bathroom. Plus side very very convenient for the tube and the train to Wembley. Didn't have food there so can't comment. It would only take some very basic updates to make this hotel better, but I won't be choosing to stay here again.

Our stay was okay overall. The best part was definitely the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The room itself wasn’t the greatest. The AC barely worked, but after we mentioned it to the front desk, they gave us a fan which helped cool the room down a little. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable, and both of us woke up with sore backs each morning. The bathroom was the biggest downside. The shower was either freezing or way too hot, and it leaked water all over the bathroom floor every time we used it. It looked like this had been an issue for a while because the bottom of the bathroom door had obvious water stains from it from previous guests. The staff really did their best, but the rooms could definitely use some updates and better maintenance.

Clean and tidy room, great for the price. Staff helpful and friendly. Very easy access to Wembley stadium, train virtually on the doorstep with handy McDonald's, Nandos and shops close by.

The hotel is clean and minimalistic, it is a well maintained dated hotel that provides all you need for an excellent price within 5 mins walk from the tube. The provided breakfast is basic but you can pay extra for anything other than warm croissant with ham and cheese but that did me. The staff are lovely. The prices for meals in the hotel are very reasonable too. We go here every time we are at Wembley as its 10 mins max via the train next to the hotel.
