great staff, spacious room

We've stayed many times now, and are always happy with the rooms, the staff and the atmosphere! Will be back!

I spent two nights at the Oswego Hotel in Victoria, and it turned into such a memorable little getaway. I booked a standard suite, but they surprised me with an upgrade to a top‑floor two‑bedroom suite. The room had panoramic views, I could see the water and the Parliament building right from this huge balcony. The suite itself was super comfortable and relaxing. I loved having a full kitchen and a deep soaking tub. Everything was clean, quiet, and felt like a mini spa. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and I felt really well taken care of. I’d stay here again for sure.

We almost always stay at Oswego Hotel when we are in Victoria. The hotel is conveniently located, the atmosphere is warm and friendly and the room is clean and modern. We discovered a cute reading room on the second floor which we hadn't noticed before--a nice cozy place to sit and read if you are needing a place to read without disturbing your travel mate.

Overall , everything was great.

The entire place was gorgeous, spotless. (I stayed in a basic suite.) Pricing was great. Staff were courteous. Breakfast was tasty. Check in was effortless. I did find that I heard a lot of street noise, as well as other guests coming and going, and the mattress wasn’t comfortable at all. My experience was otherwise wonderful, just didn’t sleep well.

Fantastic room with a view! Clean and beds comfortable. Would definitely come back.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, housekeeping was a miss though...

We love everything about The Oswego Hotel from the service to the location to the boutique feel of the hotel. Very cozy and accommodating. Our dogs love it too:)

Great experience

Room was great and had everything we needed. So nice to have a kitchen. Staff are wonderful - everyone is always so friendly. Our 4th time staying here and it was excellent as always. Great location and dinner in the Aegir Room was very good.

So great with dogs, large suites, super comfortable and quiet location. Restaurant is terrible though. Would not eat there again but lots of restaurants within walking distance

The suite had a premium feel to it, I went with my family and the space didn't feel cramped nor did we have to get seperate bedrooms and it was close to everything in the city

Nice rooms but it was noisy in the mornings with the hallway right by the bed. Could have been designed better or with better sound proofing.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable and large. Kitchen could use a bit more pots, dishes etc.

Felt like a VIP the whole stay. Staff were excellent. Suite was amazing and the view was beautiful.

Great atmosphere. Dog friendly.
