Hot pool was not working. Otherwise good. Restaurant near by was good.

Staff was super friendly. Room was large and clean and well appointed. Restaurant was pretty decent. Pool and jacuzzi were not working.

pool was closed again. Spa tub in room was a wonderful way to relax, but the pump was noisy.

Pool is unavailable and down for maintenance, front desk isn’t very friendly, lacks basic amenities for the suites (like dish soap), etc.

Clean, comfortable and the staff was great. Only issue was the eggs in the am could have been fresher. Had a bit of a crust on it like it had been sitting there for a while.

Room was clean. Staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was good. One recommendation I would suggest is to clean the elevator. There was garbage stuck in walls and food in elevator track.

The plumbing needs attention, toilet is loud and made noises all night. The heating system is terrible was wayyyyy to hot one minute when we had it on low and then we had to shut it right off and we were cold. When we came into the room the heat was on and it was like a sauna in there. The bathroom floor around the toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. When I checked in there was a huge line up and one person working at the desk and it took forever, while other’s people working at the hotel working there were standing around talking…. Not helping at the desk to get people checked in. I am extremely disappointed with my stay. This used to be a very nice place to stay. It’s gone seriously downhill. The add said there was swimming and hot tub, they weren’t working. The breakfast was also disappointing the waffle maker didn’t work.
