Everything was very good. Staff excellent, breakfast nice

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful through our whole trip. I arranged transportation from airport through them and Carlo was waiting and pleasant we had a safe journey. Breakfast was fresh and a very nice perk.

Older hotel that was fine for one night before our cruise. It’s a 10- 15 minute walk to town. No amenities other than a nice breakfast. Staff was nice, and room was clean. They provided shuttle service to the cruise for a small fee. (5 euro a person believe).

Just wanted to thank the staff for a wonderful stay. We booked for one night and there was a bit of misunderstanding at the time of booking but the staff was wonderful, polite and accommodating. We want to thank them for helping us out. This place is great and their breakfast was also great.

Failed to pick us up at airport because we didn't confirm no restaurant with in walking distance

The location was a bit out of the way, but perfect for our needs. Laundromat nearby was very helpful for us, and staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and shuttle from the airport, and to the cruise port was much appreciated. Hotel is old and in need of a bit of upkeep, but rooms were clean and comfortable for the one night. We found a local restaurant for late lunch within walking distance, and all in all, would recommend for short stay in the area.

Cannot walk to it with luggage. No uber available. 5€ per person for a taxi or shuttle. They offer Italia. Cooking classes if you book in advance. Would stay there again.

Soon after landing at the airport I had several issues and I was exhausted, frustrated and hungry and a bit overwhelmed. When I got to the hotel, the staff was so kind and patient and understanding. They helped me a lot and I felt so much better after witnessing their honest desire to help me. If you stay at this hotel don’t forget to enjoy the rooftop. Nice and quiet. I’d definitely recommend this place.

We really enjoyed staying here before our cruise. It was so easy to get to and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was also perfect in the morning.

Very satisfied with my stay. Tried calling several times on different days to get transportation from cruise set up but no one ever answered. Ironically, once there, every time that I went to front desk, they were answering the phone so I will say it must have just been bad luck. Check in was supposed to be at 11am but when I got there was told 1pm. They allowed us to keep luggage in lobby while we went to grab lunch. The lobby and room were very clean and it had a nice balcony. There was a mini fridge, stove top and pots to cook or warm up a meal (no microwave) and plates etc. there was a small washing machine for clothes (no dryer but you could hang up clothes to dry). There was plenty of toilet paper (seems rare every where else we visited in Italy) and enough clean towels. During shower, the shower head broke and hard pieces of plastic came from the water drain. They fixed it and cleaned everything up without questioning what happened which was a relief. Very kind staff. Breakfast was good. Shuttle service to airport was a reasonable price compared to how much everyone else charges. Walking distance from cruise port and train station as well as from nice beach area with lots of restaurants (including McDonald’s) and souvenir shops (about 15-20 minutes).

We went on a tour in the morning and needed to get to the cruise dock in the afternoon The hotel driver (for a fee of 20 Euros) picked us up at our tour, took us back to our hotel to pick up our luggage, and dropped us off at the cruise terminal.
