Room was clean, beds comfortable and the washroom was well maintained. A complimentary continental breakfast would have been nice though, as we had to head out early and did not have time to sit down in the restaurant. Overall we had a great stay and hats off to the staff!

It was very nice & clean

The TV in the room had minimal volume, very low. No maintenance on staff at 9:00 pm, house keeping tried new batteries etcetera to fix it. He tried hard to help. Then by 10.pm there was no picture now sound zero. Other than that it was a nice hotel, front desk was very good.

Everything about our stay here was five star! The staff was amazing and super friendly. It was my daughter’s 13 birthday and they just were incredible and made her feel special! We missed the chance to use the pool and it was offered after check out. The hotel was very clean and nice. Looks updated and well kept. One lady helped me make the day feel special for her and I wish i remember her name. But thank you!! ❤️❤️ we will return 😊

We had a great experience during our stay - clean rooms, and helpful staff. The only downside is the pool does not open until 9am. Otherwise, would recommend.

Attended a wedding and stayed here for 1 night. Easily accessible from hwy. room was clean with comfy bed. Had ironing board and coffee machine but we had a suite. Not sure if this is basic with other rooms. Also had a bar fridge. Breakfast was à la carte and very good. No complaints. Would stay here again.

The room was clean. The pool we had to ourselves for a little while. The beds are hard, the pillows are flat and not many of them. They don’t offer more than 1 coffee cup even with multiple people booked in. You have to call the front desk for any extras like toothpaste or shower cap. Only 2 bath towels for family of 4. The road noise from the 401 is quite loud and if you are a light sleeper this may keep you from sleeping.

Disappointing Service, Poor Maintenance, and Overpriced! I rarely leave negative reviews, but my recent experiences here have been incredibly frustrating. I stayed at this property two weekends in a row (May 16 and again on May 23), wanting to give them a second chance after a poor first impression. Unfortunately, nothing improved. The front desk staff is consistently rude and unwelcoming. During my second stay, we arrived late around 9:00 PM. My son had an early morning basketball tournament and was starving, but checking in was an ordeal. I was the only person in the lobby, yet the agent made me wait for a significant amount of time with zero explanation or acknowledgement. Because we got in late and needed to rest for the tournament, we decided to just buy food from their lobby pantry instead of going back out. They charged an absolute fortune for three cup noodles and bottles of water. While I know hotel convenience markets have a markup, the prices here were outright gouging. To make matters worse, the property's upkeep is lacking. The elevator was visibly dirty, and the hallways had a noticeable, unpleasant odor.

I stay for the clean rooms the room itself. I really don't use the other amenities but like that's it's offered. Oh, and the location.

Room and hallways were despicable dirty. Carpets were nor vacuumed since building was opened. Hotel manager was hostile and rude. Front desk staff just waved you off without words. Walking on the carpet in the room was like walking on sand. Pieces of paper and cramps were on the floor under the sink in the bathroom. Hotel manager thought it was excerptible condition. At breakfast water brought me cautery wrapped in napkin that had oil stains and remnants of someone else breakfast. When I asked her for clean cutlery, she was offended by my request. Again hotel manager didn’t see anything wrong with dirty dishes or the conditions of the property. Be ware of dirt.

The experience was good.

Breakfast was not included in my stay which was kind of bad deal but it’s okay
