When checking-in, they tried to charged us more than was indicated in the Expedia receipt. We had to insist in paying the correct price. We also asked for the complementary bottled water promised through Expedia. We were told there's nothing complementary. So, at midnight, we had to find a convenience 24 hours store, on a rainy night, to buy some bottled water. Next day we found in our room an apology letter and I bottle of wine, probably due to our checkin review. This cannot be considered a 4 stars hotel. None of the perks promised through Expedia, such us complementary bottled water, and discount at a nearby restaurant were offered to us. The last 24 hours of our stay dirty laundry was throw on the hallway floor.

The staff at the check-in were very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended.

Booked two rooms for myself my husband and our two daughters . Lovely rooms , great parking (€9 a day ) close to the centre good breakfast . Friendly staff . I would go back . Rooms were very warm as AC only in the summer

Nice hotel, good location, excellent team

While the room is modern and very nice, the hallways and room are stifling hot, seriously comparable to a sauna with no windows open at all. Once we got the air-conditioning going it cooled down a bit, but even the drinks in the fridge weren't cold after 24 hours. Breakfast was good but the staff overseeing it weren't friendly. The staff at the front desk were.

The people who work the desk are fantastic and a main reason to come here. They will treat you so well. Special thanks to them! Also the people working the breakfast were fantastic. Super good breakfast.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood that is walkable to many tourist sites (1 - 2 miles) or reachable by Bolt. A metro and bus stops are a six-minute walk at Piata Roma. The staff was very efficient and the breakfast staff were accommodating when we had to have an early breakfast at 6 AM to make an excursion. The courtyard off the dining room is pleasant. For some reason the room was cleaned only once for a 3-night stay. No washcloth is provided.

Terrible experience, I had left over dirty underwear and socks in my closet . Apparently someone forgot to check the closet when they were cleaning . Was offered a free night if I paid for another one . Literary not good Managment or room service .

The room (junior suite) was a good size with comfortable bed, really clean and had a/c! Make sure to have exact change the hotel doesn’t have any...otherwise great location to local food...longer walk to Old Town...

The hotel is nice. Not bad area . close to amain street yet quiet The hotel is very clean but old. I think 4 stars hotel should look new. There is no view from the windows. The reciption is very polit and helpful always smiling . I met three of them and they all was lovely. The brekfast is very good. Ther was no separated bed although I asked for. there is parking in the street
