I normally pay more for hotel accommodation but this time thought I would give the Quality Inn a try. Good decision! The finishes in the suite were modern and of a high standard. Comfy bed, stylish bathroom. The receptionist was efficient and eager to please.

New furnishings and helpful staff.

The bottom sheets on the bed could have been done better better .They were slipping back .Not really big problem, just annoying. I didn't need service during the stay. had to leave day earlier.

An older hotel refinished. The room itself was clean and modern. The hotel is aged and not the cleanest. Breakfast was basic and not great. Not a great area of town. It is priced accordingly for a nights stay. It is what it is. No complaints as I was looking for a budget hotel. That’s what it is, a decent budget hotel.

Very nice and clean property. Absolutely great value for the money. Good continent breakfast. Nice staff. We stayed for five nights and it was great.

Great place to stay, recommend it

The room was clean and well stocked. Plenty of towels. The breakfast was good with several choices. What I didn’t like was the reservation was not ready. The desk clerk didn’t seem to know which room to give us. He had to call another person who then fumbled around. We finally got the room key after about 25 minutes waiting. Then the surprise $100 deposit for whatever. This was never mentioned at the time of booking. Then I find out it takes 4 business days to get it refunded. That’s criminal. They are bowering $100 interest free for a major portion of a week. Then there was no invoice. Was told to go on line to Expedia to get it. We won’t be staying at that place again and we have already spread the word to others to avoid the place. Have stayed in Quality Inns before and never had such problems.

The rooms appear fairly new, updates the beds were comfortable the room was clean and the walk in shower was great. The stairways and halls were a little dingy looking but I was pleasantly surprised the rooms were quite nice. Breakfast was typical to hotel breakfasts. My biggest complaint is that we did not get the room we reserved and there was nothing that could be done about it. We wanted a king and got 2 queens .. for that I was not happy

This hotel was FULL of great surprises! The bed was fabulous (a million pillows), the water pressure was insane with delightful water pressure and the AC was cold and fresh. Smart TV is always a delight and the continental breakkie was sufficient. I didn’t have a chance to swim in the pool but I did dip my toes in and it was a nice temperature (outdoor pool). The staff were very friendly.

Upon check in the hotel system had been down all day so keycards could not be programmed. Checked in after 3pm and had no knowledge of this ahead of time. This is a very small hotel and there was clearly an abundance of rooms available based on the empty parking lot. Why were calls not made ahead of time to guests checking in? This is a security issue. The room we were initially given needed to be changed as the air conditioning was broken and front staff member was unable to resolve it and the TV didn’t work. We were then moved to a second room where the bathroom sink wouldn’t drain until the next morning. The renovations done to the rooms were simple but fine and it was clean. The fact you couldn’t get into your room without having front desk staff assist with their key was a pain since most times staff were not located at the front desk.

Clean room, very friendly staff at check in and check out. I quite enjoyed the breakfast. All that was needed for a 2 night stay when in town for business.

Overall good experience. Breakfast was chaotic in a small space with a lot of people and understaffed. Staff was nice.
