El hotel está un poco viejo. Huele mucho a humedad . Los elevadores muy lentos . De los 3 , uno descompuesto. Las alfombras sucias . Bufete variado calidad normal .

Ubicacion

I always stay at the Barcelo in Madrid. So, when I saw that they recently opened in Monterey, I booked a room for 2 nights. However, they took over this hotel in December from another group, and it was not comparable to the Madrid experience. The hotel bar was really bad! However, the breakfast was TOP, and the service from all employees, except 1, was excellent. Apparently, the computer system did not work when I checked in, so I did not have credit. They did not advise me. When they closed the bar they could not close the room charge and called my room at midnight, when I was sleeping. That really destroyed my night! The room 3505 was large and absolutely great. Overall, it was good and acceptable.

Todo estuvo muy bien solo que si recomiendo y ojalá y lo tomen en cuenta porque las personas que les he recomendado este hotel se quejan de la puerta para ir al baño, no tienes privacidad, yo voy con mis hijos y pues andamos batallando cuando nos metemos a bañar porque todo se ve, podrían ponerle algo al vidrio o cambiar la puerta de madera. Espero y lo tomen en cuenta porque no es que solo yo lo veo hay muchas personas que me comentan que por eso no se quedan ahí . Muchas gracias
