Great place and location

Very friendly and helpful staff. Our room was very nice and in good condition. The aircon/heater was noisy and hard to operate. Breakfast was plentiful and great for a ski day. The free ski shuttle was right in front of the hotel. Easy to walk to town.

Was a very good stay, the pool was an amazing experience & location of the hotel was a perfect area for us. I will be staying here again!

The rooms are too small. The room is not well soundproofed, as hallway noise from other guests is clearly heard while your inside the room sleeping. But the hot pool, other amenities of the hotel and the location are great.

The room was ok, it smelled musty a the floor was damp under the carpet in some spots. It rained the whole time we were there and the window was leaking and soaked the area rug upstairs. The best part of staying at the Fox is the hot pool

We had a 2 bedroom suite which worked very well for us. Awesome to be so close to town. Walkable to many restaurants and shops. The rooms are dated and a bit worn; although, everything worked as expected. The hotel amenities (such as the cave hot tub) is nice but other properties have other more extensive options.

The property was clean and our room was very nice. The hot pools were relaxing and very quiet. We experienced some difficulty with construction in a room beside ours, but the hotel was kind enough to provide compensation for our trouble. We sincerely appreciate the response to the issue we had and we will definitely stay again.

Only stayed one night as we added an extra night to our trip due to snow . Staff were great , the hot pool was very nice and relaxing. The room was very clean and nice and it was good that you get a bus pass so made getting around Banff easy ! Will deff come again

Great place to stay, don't expect huge modern rooms, this is a cabin-style place, and I love the way they keep it rustic. will be returning.
