The hotel has the potential to be lovely, the location is great and the grounds very nice. However, on arrival at 3pm when making our way to the room, there were many used glasses and crockery outside the doors of other rooms which were still there the following morning when we checked out. It would have taken no time for the corridors to be cleared and gave a poor first and last impression of the hotel. Our junior suite room was lovely and spacious but in need of tlc, as it was worn and tired. There was tape over parts of the flooring and missing bits of flooring. The furniture had seen better days, including the desk chair which had red staining on it. There were also scuffs on the walls. Our suite benefited from being ground floor which meant we could sit outside, however we found that even with the door closed ants were coming inside. There was a sign on the window saying the curtains were for display only and to only use the blinds. The blinds were see through, offering no privacy or darkness…. The swimming pool and changing rooms again are in need of some tlc, very tired and lockers were unusable. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast was excellent, tasty and well cooked.

Hotel was beautiful and stella who checked us in and checked was amazing and very friendly throughout our stay and the staff in bar and lounge were nice and breakfast was good too 👌

This is placed in a beautiful, peaceful location and was extremely reasonably priced. The staff are very helpful and polite and the service was excellent. I will definitely stay again when in the area and I highly recommend.

Was a nice hotel, clean and well kept

We have stayed here numerous times and it is a very convienient hotel forus to visit family in the area. Quiet location and rooms have evrything you would need and expect.

Normally a great place to stay, my recent visit was subject to a number of problems. (1) a staff member (accidentally, apparently) tried to access my bedroom at about 2230h whist I was sleeping. The Duty Manager acknowledged that it was an error - but I didn't really feel safe and secure at the time and over that night. (2) My key card did not work on two of the three days, meaning a long walk back from my room to reception (twice) to get it revalidated. Not a deal-breaker, but after a long hot day at work, the last thing you want is hassle at the hotel. (3) There were rarely staff available at the reception. I gave up waiting on on two occasions. There's no bell or buzzer to ring to grab their attention, and they didn't seem to be hiding in their back-office either. Disappointing, as this is normally a good place to stay, but I'll try a few others in the same area over the next month.

Lovely stay.

Booked 2 suite rooms for 7 of us , 3 adults 4 children. Checking in was quick and efficient . Rooms looked great . Went out for tea then on return noticed ants all over one of the rooms and I mean ALL OVER!! Went to reception to be told no other rooms available and manager had gone home at 6pm . Children wouldn’t sleep in that one room so had to move beds into our opposite room which caused a neighbour to complain about the noise as he was working . It was no later than 7pm and in a family room , during the kids summer holidays not sure if it would be quiet for the next 6 weeks!! We to all went for a swim to use up extra energy then an early night 1 room with 5 in and 1 room with 2 adults. Breakfast was good and plenty. I’ve stopped here twice before and never had a problem but hotel needs some TLC .

Rooms hot without air conditioning. Television in room not working which i tried to report to reception but there was no answer. Very rude staff member on reception who glared at me when I returned my key card as they were on the phone and rudely ignored my "Thankyou". Not a nice stay and I won't be going back

Very mixed stay - great breakfast, good sized room and towels, and food in restaurant was good when it came. Facilities v good and staff seemed friendly. BUT no Wi-Fi in room despite multiple requests for help at reception, it took 4 separate key’s to be able to access our room, 45 minutes to get food and very unclean outside dining area (broken glass on floor, slow staff), and one side of our double bed had a mattress protector and was super comfy and the other didn’t and was lumpy!

The family room given to us was spectacular ; spacious and clean. It was a beautifully set up room that suited us a family of four. Our kids loved the breakfast and the facilities. Would definitely be coming back here when visiting London/ Wembley

Ideal for a 1 night stay. Good location. Needed a few upgrades but fine for what we paid. Plenty of free parking.

Room smelled strongly of smoke on arrival. We couldn't be moved as the hotel was full, but Jasmine in Reception was very helpful and understanding. We were offered a complimentary evening meal, which was perfect after a busy day. Breakfast was very good - plenty of choice and everything was fresh.

Parking was available. Staff were helpful. Room was being treated for ants and bugs. Dead bugs on bathroom floor during the night and bugs coming in to the bathroom via the shower drain.

Great hotel especially for the price, having a pool to use was great! Plenty of parking available too. Good to note, there is no air con in standard rooms, I knew this when booking and it wasn’t an issue at all. it was the middle of a heatwave and the room was a bit warm but it’s unusual weather for the UK so I suspect during normal weather it would be absolutely fine.

All good, but quality of breakfast has gone backwards since last visit

The room had ants in the room u couldn’t open the window its was really hot in there

Parking don’t go here with a van a van got broken into whilst we we’re staying here one member of staff said it never happens and another said it happens all the time

Just a one night stay while visiting old friends. The reception staff were our major interaction with the staff and both Jasmine and Stella were amazing! They were both very helpful and aware of the difficulties imposed by the extreme heat. Many thanks to both of them!

Dirty and dated dump. Staff unhelpful. Didn’t even stay - left as it was such an awful hotel
