Everything was good. But the double bed we got was basically 2 single beds which were combined into one and that made the sleep a little uncomfortable for the 2 of us as there was a bit of a gap in between the 2 beds.

All good no complaints only no air conditioners

The hotel needs updating old wash hand basins shower over the Bath no fridge no air conditioning had to ask for a fan the weather very hot 30 c other thant room cleaned each day staff OK

Friendly helpful reception staff. Lovely big room with sea view .. AC was really helpful during hot spell. Iced water dispenser on each floor a great idea.Bar a bit short on staff later in the night

We stopped off at the Talbot for the night before catching the early ferry home the following morning. We were greeted with a warm, friendly and helpful check in and given keys to our clean, modern rooms. The hotel has a nice sized pool with jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room that enabled us to enjoy some down time. We then enjoyed a drink in the nicely designed bar area, before a meal in the lovely restaurant.

Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast, well stocked bar and excellent evening meal. Would definitely return

Always use the Talbot hotel when visiting Wexford, great location, friendly hardworking working staff, and great facilities.

Everything needed for a short and quiet stay was provided. Very practical and good value.

We both enjoyed our stay at the Talbot Hotel, Wexford. We found the staff friendly and helpful. . The breakfast offered many choices to suit both our tastes. We left early on the last day and the Hotel provided a very good breakfast for our journey. We hope to stay there again.

Can’t wait to go back

Very comfortable room, staff excellent, we had dinner there and it was delicious, we didn’t have breakfast (which was included in our price) as we were leaving at 6.45 to catch the Ferry, but they provided us with sandwich, fruit juice and a selection of danish pastries, which we hadn’t expected. Definitely recommend them for a stay.

Busy hotel very conveniently placed for bars and restaurants. Breakfast unlimited and very good (except sausages!) Good bar and staff uniformly excellent and helpful.

As there isn’t on-site parking, we worried about where to put the car. No problem at all - directly across the small road and next to the hotel are parking places, and the hotel validates the parking (it is free to you, the guest). The room we stayed in was a good size, had a great bathroom and shower, and a comfortable bed. There were sufficient outlets to recharge phones, run a laptop, etc. The restaurant downstairs for dinner served a good variety of delicious food. The breakfast was in a different eating area and offered more good food. As it was our first time in Ireland (flying in that morning from the USA), we had a few questions and the staff were very helpful. If we head back to Wexford, we’d definitely be happy to stay there again.

Had a lovely stay.The staff were lovely and helpful. The room was clean with a nice bed. A nice bar and really lovely food served in it. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there next time we are back.
