great, classy hotel

Friendly staff and the quality of hotel was excellent

Classy, comfortable room, very good. Reception wasn't in the most obvious place (arriving from the airport terminal) and was under-staffed and impersonal. I booked at a very good rate and room was pretty "swanky" for the price. Would use again. Didn't use restaurant/bar as too pricey.

Airconditioning was either not working or in extreme energy saving mode, as the room was too hot and I had a sleepless night.

Finding the way from car rental returns was more complex than expected. Signage is not great and we ended up at the wrong hotel - who knew there was another Movenpick just across the road? The hotel fulfilled our basic needs, including dinner in the restaurant. It was much as expected but the air con left a lot to be desired - it was during the recent heatwave. The controls only change + or - 3C from the outside temperature and it was in the mid 30s even late evening. We had a very early flight so cannot comment on breakfast. Getting to the terminal was easy on foot.

You have air conditioning…fix it! Being in a room with that heat is unhealthy and dangerous. I could barely sleep and woke up in pile of sweat. No hotel charging this amount of money a night in 2026 should be having air conditioning problems! Fix it!!!

Overall, the stay was enjoyable. There were some noteworthy pros and cons: - Pros: spacious room and bathroom, free water, distance from the airport, kind staffs - Cons: breakfast served very limited vegetables (only cucumbers and peppers, no salads), almost no-functioning a/c (the room temperature was around 27-29c even with the a/c on. You can't set the exact temperature you want).

Very clean and quiet room. Bartenders are very friendly.

This has been one of the best and nicest hotels I have ever stayed in (and it happened to be at a very reasonable price). Everything in perfect condition and super clean, high end bathroom, blackout blinds that desrve the name, a firm mattress, even the Moevenpick coffee in the morning. I liked everything, plus it's a 2 minute walk into the airport terminal.

It was sparkling clean. The stuff was really friendly and breakfast was quite okay, I did not use the bar since I like my quiet moments to work and that is what I got. The room is really soundproof and I did not hear anything and the bed was very comfortable and sheets. Pillows very important, they were really comfortable. Thank you.

Room sparkling clean. The slippers provided are to small for me I have size 48. But the rest excellent. Comfy bed and really quiet

Hubo un dia de 4 en que no se no se dio servicio a la habitación, argumentando que la habíamos liberado recién al mediodía, por lo tanto no se hizo ni aseo, ni la cama 🙈

I like their food but their rooms were not well cleaned and their AC were not working

great location and very nice rooms. ignore the ghost in room 2146, it's harmless.
