The room was clean, loved the little extra perks(chocolates, water, good soap). Staff were very friendly and super helpful!

Just convenient to be attached to the Casino.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room appeared nice when we entered but there was a heavy musty smell in the room and the third of the room by the window was damp. Otherwise the room was clean and well maintained.

The bed was wore out the air conditioner rattled all night and tte water kept running in the back of the toilet

Everything was great but the staff was really awful not inviting when I lost my key and needed a new one he refused to give me one unless I had my physical id (which was in the room) wouldn’t ask me any verification questions just wouldn’t give it to me. Also when I had an emergent package come he would not give it to me unless again I had my id with me even tho I was waiting at the door for it and was there to verify myself with the delivery guy. My daughter was completely embarassed when someone had told her she had a free breakfast and after she took some by accident the man took her plate away and said not for you. And embarassed a little girl. Which I did not appreciate as it was a mistake between some of the people there and obviously we made a mistake but they were rude to her. We were there for a dance competition and just overall the staff was bitter and not helpful in any way even when we requested to be in close proximity with a friend on same level. They didn’t even try. Needless to say disappointing trip. Good rooms but the staff needs a check in on how they treat their customers

Casino was fun. Nice decor. Steak was too tough to eat.

We went as a family, and mainly for the pool. It was a very lovely stay. The staff were wonderful.

Staff is great as always, friendly and accommodating. The hotel really needs to add a gourmet coffee bar that operates early morning to evening.

Facility was very clean and organized Quite hotel and amenities were excellent.Would recommend or stay there for sure.

There was good things and bad things.

Breakfast was very filling. Room was nice. Casino was vibrant.
