Great hotel. Kids loved pool

I liked the fact that the casino was close but I don’t like how the pool was closed early and closed down for couple days. The hot tub jets didn’t work, and they were so dirty and gross. I’m hoping they are shutting down to be cleaned. We had to change rooms as our door lock didn’t work. Room wasn’t very clean. Front desk was hard to deal with, tried get things rectified and they said their boss wasn’t in and to call him but no one would answer. They said there was another pool we could go too but never told us where it was. Will not come back

The beds were not comfortable and the pillows were horrible.

We added on the romance package and we’re were quite disappointed. For the cost the champagne was not good at all and the fruit was t fresh. Not worth the money

The jacuzzi room was a great size and had everything we needed in it.

Property was super clean, beds were really comfy and the casino was great. We went to try the Sunday brunch and the food was great as well. It has been a long time that I have not seen them have an omlette section in their buffet and it was fresh and delicious. Good job!

Always a great stay. Rooms are always clean, staff is helpful and love being able to pop into the casino. Really like the pool and like that it is open later than at most hotels

The room was clean, beds comfortable. No complaints with anything. The hotel, restaurants and casino are all top notch.

This property is aged. However the rooms are decent with complimentary snacks. The staff were all absolutely wonderful! The free drinks and appetizers were amazing. I would definitely stay here again.

Was given an older ground floor room again. Thats two Expedia back to back bookings where I was given low grade, poor location rooms. Not feeling very confident with future expedia bookings if this is a continued pattern. Bed mattresses were terribly soft , saggy and totally worn out. Not acceptable.
