Very welcoming staff - honored the early checking VIP perk and allowed us to check in at 10:30 AM. We had a great room view a nice view. Breakfast service was great (especially Nicolas was awesome) - they brought "made to order" eggs, avocado toast etc. Room we very nice, clean and spacious. Location of this hotel is THE BEST with direct access to the Metro and large shopping malls.

This place is very centrally located very convenient easy parking good restaurant The rooms are very clean very convenient easy to go anywhere very close to the Metro And very close also to a shopping center I truly recommend this place

The location of the hotel was terrific near restaurants and shopping. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, many options and flexible hours. We had several issues - 1) we were assigned a room and when we used the key to open our room, someone else was already in the room. We went down to reception and they gave us another room and a drink coupon for their mistake. When we went to use the drink coupon, it was limited to minimal options. 2) There was a constant leak on the bathroom floor when the shower was used as well as an area that seemed corrosive, not up to the standard of the hotel. 3) When the maid came in to make up the room, she did not provide any additional hand or wash cloths and kept a dirty one that we had used and hung on the towel bar to reused. They were very accommodating about holding our luggage for a late flight and most of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The room itself isn’t particularly spectacular, but it absolutely delivers great value for the price. Everything was clean and well maintained, the service was attentive, and the breakfast was genuinely excellent. The location is also a major plus—right across the street you’ll find plenty of restaurants and a food court with a wide variety of options. If you’re up for a short walk, the dining choices get even better along Isidora Goyenechea. And if you’ve made it this far into my review, consider it a sign to treat yourself to a meal at Pinpilinpausha—you won’t regret it.
