Staff was awesome from the breakfast buffet to front desk. Spent a lot of time here in the 90’s and everything in the town has improved for the better.

The staff were excellent, our twin room turned out to be a double room so we asked for a room with separate beds, and they gave us an apartment, which was more than adequate, it hadn’t been used for a while, but just needed an airing

The hotel is at a perfect location close to the train station and the city. The staff was very polite and accommodating. The facilities were super clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend this place!

Hotel is a bit old but staff, location and services are good. Occasionally a noisy train runs by.

This is an interesting hotel 2 minutes walk from Senigallia Railway Station. (100 meters). Google maps are inaccurate and will tell you that you have to cross the tunnel of SS... this is not true and I recommend tat the hotel staff contact google to sort this out. Check in was very effecient and fast.(2 minutes) The Room was spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful and spoke many languages. The breakfast buffet was neat and the food was good. The barista was perfect. Nothing to complain about. I highly recommend and I enjoyed my 1 night stay. The area around the property is not fancy.. Typical italian bus / railway station combination. It is a bit outdated and might use some renovation but nothing critical... I would come again. Check out took like 15 seconds.

Helpful, friendly, welcoming - what more could you ask!

The Sembhotel was ideal with easy access to town and Beach, and superbly placed for rail and bus trips to surrounding places of interest. The Giro d’Italia (the Italian equivalent of the Tour de France) passed by right under our balconies. Excellent! Even though on a busy road and next to the railway station, the sound insulation was perfect.

Nice large hotel next to railway station. Our room overlooked the railway tracks and the trains kept us awake. We asked to move to the opposite side and it was quieter the next 2 nights. The rooms were fairly large and it looked like the bathrooms were recently renovated, very nice. The breakfasts were good with lots of choices and the staff were friendly & efficient. The hotel is close to the old town & just a couple blocks from the beach, which was beautiful. Best restaurants (for us) were along the beachfront.

The hotel was a little dated but the staff were very helpful. My room was an ok sizer. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpfull.

We paid about £50 for our double room, and for that price it was great. Hotel staff were helpful and room was comfy and spotless, and in a good location for the station and waterfront (which was buzzing in early June). However, our air con wasn't working and when we asked to switch rooms the other room's air con was no better. We had to sleep with the window open and as the hotel is next to a train line it was pretty noisy. Would recommend for a quick stop off regardless.

Hotel was very close to the train station and within a very short walking distance to the center of both the beach area and the downtown Historic area, The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and also most of the staff spoke English. the morning breakfast was very good.

Camera mediocre, personale cordiale, peccato per la struttura molto datata, la posizione non era male…però si sente il treno

Nonostante le camere siano un po’ datate, la stanza era molto pulita. E comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo direi ottimale considerando anche la quantità e qualità del cibo della colazione.

Io e il mio compagno ci siamo trovati molto bene. Il personale è sempre disponibile e gentile. La struttura è molto comoda per andare ovunque voi vogliate(è a 5 min dalla spiaggia). Perfetta per una vacanza con le famiglie.
