The place smelled like cigarettes smoke even though there was no smoking. It just smelled old. Maybe it was the carpet. The younger staff person was lovely ( morning check out). The breakfast was fine.

Staff were very helpful, but the ants were everywhere. Me and my kids had to switch rooms after trying to sleep. They were getting bitten.

Waterside in the pool was great!

The staff was great, however, the shower was terrible, mold on the floor corners and on the inside rail. The shower floor needed to be fixed as well.

Loved the comfortable beds, nice bed linens and that the front desk called after we checked in to see if we were happy with everything and was there anything else that we needed? Nice touch.

Not bad for a rural community

The staff were great! There is next to no sound proofing in the rooms. Bed was comfy, would stay again if the price was right but not if it was increased.
