Clean, warm, safe, basic accommodations. Located in the heart of downtown, so walking distance from everything. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The shuttle to/from the airport was great. Although breakfast was not included, the on-site restaurant "Wing Freak" was good.

Staff was very helpful, courteous and kept our rooms clean and cozy. Hotel is close to Aurora hunting spots and lovely restaurants

The room and bathroom and facilities need an upgrade

This was my second stay, when I walked in the lady at reception said welcome back. It had been 5 weeks since my last stay. I had my dog with me and we had a pet friendly room and they always treat him so kindly. Which means the world to me.
