Beautiful old manor house converted to a small hotel. The property and surroundings are lovely. The location is good especially with the shuttle into the town of NOTL. The rooms are just a little dated. The staff are excellent.

We were in NOTL for 1 night to celebrate our anniversary. We had booked a deluxe King Room and were surprised to be upgraded to Honeymoon Suite upon arrival. This room was huge! The balcony/terrace was showing signs of age however. Peeling paint on the railing and large chunks of stucco peeling from building. Not somewhere I would want to spend anytime on. We had dinner in Oaklands (on site) and it was divine! Delicious food and impeccable service. Elegant room. When we retired to our room we were dismayed at how LOUD the noise + vibration was coming from a building compressor (located nearby). No way we could sleep with it so we called front desk and they sent up earplugs for us. My husband is a retired engineer and told me the compressor unit should have been mounted differently (on rubber) to prevent this noise/ vibration. Very difficult sleeping that night. When checking out the next day, I mentioned the issue and was told no one else had ever complained (hard to believe)! Overall an expensive stay for a very poor room. Highlight was the dinner at Oaklands ....it was wonderful!!

Amazing property! Loved the complimentary bikes and wine tasting at one of their other properties- Pellar (which is next door). The staff was welcoming and helpful in making our stay perfect. The location was perfect- close to downtown and the bike route that runs beside the river and multiple wineries

Wonderful property, scenery was fantastic, close proximity to Niagara On The Lake old town, the waterfront trail and region wineries. Friendly accommodating staff. Only complaint was that our room smelled musty - although understandable for a 200+ year old property!

Grounds and facility were beautiful. Only faults were a flickering lamp, loud a/c unit, and espresso machine didn’t work. Lamp situation fixed right away. Didn’t want to ring down to the front desk again regarding coffee maker . Left a note for staff near unit instead. Breakfast was nice overlooking the vineyard.

My wife and I have never stayed a winery hotel. The Riverbend Inn was phenomenal. The staff was phenomenal. The grounds were phenomenal. Everything about it was fantastic. The room was amazing. I would highly recommend everybody anybody staying there. It is one fabulous place. Mary & Steve West Palm Beach, Florida

This was an excellent property and in great shape. Property was well maintained, and the staff were very attentive and helpful. The shuttle service was a plus and was very much appreciated. We will stay there again for sure and we have recommended this place to our friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Riverbend Inn. The hotel and restaurant staff/management provided great service which exceeded our expectations. The breakfast (especially the fresh baked croissants) was delicious. They were very knowlegeable about the wineries in the region. The shuttle service made it easy to get around. It was a peaceful quiet location away from the tourist areas. We would definitely return to the Inn again.

This place was fantastic. We had one night of our honeymoon there and were completely satisfied with the service, the grounds and proximity to everything else including Pellar Estate. The shuttle service was also excellent, thanks for a great stay! JeanPaul and Hélène

The entire property and Inn were beautiful. Staff was fantastic and very attentive. Our room was clean and well appointed.

clean room but could use some refreshing of furniture. reception was pleasant but not particularly inviting and there was no reference to shuttle service or local vineyards. reception desk was quite pleasant at checkout.

Excellent, attentive staff. Beautiful rooms. Great restaurant. Amazing surroundings. Vineyards all around you. Make sure you sit on the patio at dusk with a glass or two of wine and watch the sun set.

The ceiling above the windows had Mould The balcony from outside the bedroom was very narrow it had pigeon poop on the top railings On July 8, 2026 my wife tried to get us a reservation for dinner in the Oaklands Dining Room, for 500pm. Or 530 pm or 630 p.m. none of those times were available according to the hostess, the only available time was 7:00p.m. Since when do guests taying at a inn / resort have to get a reservation to eat at the resort? I Salman empty tables in the dining room, I guess the walk - ins who were not guests are more important than us I suspect discrimination Thank you, and be warned, overpriced food and discriminatory practices

Driving down the lane toward the hotel lets you know you made a good decision to book there, it is beautiful. Inside is quaint and unique, an experience rather than a hotel. The grounds are so nice. The staff was incredibly kind. They provide a free shuttle to the wineries. They also offer free bikes with close trails to ride. I highly recommend Riverbend Inn
