Situated along the promenade with easy access to all facilities. the hotel and room was clean, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here when visiting Volos again.

Staff are all very personable and helpful. Room spotless. Complementary soft drinks in fridge. Travelling with 2 dogs…..the hotel supplies dog beds and bowls ready in the room on arrival. Great choice for breakfast, hot and cold options available in abundance. Location is perfect for access to port and city.

The property was very nice but our room was not ready until more than an hour after our check in time. Once we were in our room, we found that a concert with sound equipment and stage was being set up just outside our windows. I feel that the hotel service toward Expedia users was sub-standard.

Amazing location, very central. Extremely spacious rooms with high ceilings, large clean beds and spacious washroom.

The room was large and clean. The Receptionists were very friendly. The hotel is exactly outside the port's parking that also contains a fast charger for EVs. Hotel is collaborating with the Parking at less thN half cost. There are also 3 free hotel parking spots on the road and another 3 at a low cost using the city's parking app. Hotel also offered 3 bottles of water, carnonated lemonade and 1 non-carbonated orange juice (refreshments) in the minibar for free.

I expected a basic, functional hotel by the port, but Aegli was a pleasant surprise. Excellent value for the rate. Hotel was squeaky clean, a/c was cold, and there were complimentary drinks in the mini fridge. Full buffet breakfast with proper coffee bar was included. I would definitely return.
