Bed was comfortable, shower at the right temperature, no need to adjust, just turned it on. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Informative as for dinner locations, in walking location or delivered. We walked and explored, had dinner at Cecile Et Ramone, 8 minutes walking. Breakfast was the right normal, just wished we had fresh fruits, like bananas, apples, whatever is in seasons. Overall very nice, easy to get to.

J'ai tout adoré de mon séjour à l'Hotel Le Dauphin. L'accès aux breuvages (jus et café) étaient vraiment un bel ajout qu'on ne retrouve pas ailleurs. Ma chambre était magnifique et très propre.

A no nonsense hotel, great for a good cheap night, sleep. Breakfast is limited, but if you stay there you don't stay for the breakfast. Very clean, and good personnel,

Room was noisy

Gave 4 stars because of the following: bath was not clean, had to have someone clean it before I could use it, and someone came right away!. The bath faucet was leaking, so in need of some minor repairs. There is an outdoor patio, however, this area is not accessible by wheelchair. My room access card had to be reloaded multiple times until someone finaly informed us NOT to put it close to the celphones! On the positive notes, staff was friendly and very courteous, the suite was nice and big, breakfast was excellent, unlimited access to coffee and juice beverages was greatly appreciated.

Staff were great. Rooms are not super clean. Don’t expect to have everyday room cleaning. Many school reservations there, so do not expect calm stay. I changed my hotel and would not be back there.

Though not in walking distance to downtown sites, the hotel is within easy driving distance. Many parking garages are available …far fewer for the size of our vehicle, Nissan Armada!!

Clean room, amazing coffee machine.

I was a little bit leery about booking with them, but it was a centred location to everything that we needed in Quebec city. Definitely the pictures online did not do it justice. Very clean hotel, clean rooms, laundry facilities if needed and daily breakfast. Spent 8 days in Quebec city and got a little spoiled with the heated flooring in the bathroom.😊 The breakfast was included and I would give it an 8/10- the only thing that was not good was there was only one choice of meat every day and the croissants never seemed fresh but the waffle station made up for that, they were excellent. Cannot comment on the pool as we did not use it. But I think it’s important to mention that all staff spoke English at this hotel so it was easy to communicate if your French is not at par. Staff were extremely receptive and friendly, would definitely stay there again.

bien que très bien tenue la propriété est très près de l'autoroute 40 ce qui est désavantageux pour le bruit dans les chambres.

je n ai pas trouvé de ventilateur a la salle de bain . un peu désagréable.
