The room was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check in a little early. The street parking can be a little tricky, but we did find a spot each day. Breakfast was excellent. A nice pub, the Marine quite close. A word of warning! The portions in the pub are huge! We would definitely stay at the Beach Front again.

Stunning property with excellent quality food and rooms. Staff were so friendly and helpful. The only issue was that the room and bed (standard double) were very small and hot. Couldnt kèep the window open thanks to the local boys racing up and down the seafront. We are not particularly big people but i can imagine that a larger couple would find the bed impossible to sleep in!

We had a really warm welcome, our room was nice, the property was clean and inviting and breakfast was great. Would definitely go back.

Had an excellent two-night stay at The Beach Front Guest House! The staff were absolutely lovely, room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was delicious! Check-in was easy too. The location is convenient for local restaurants and shops. Parking permits are available during your stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more. This is the perfect stay if you are planning to visit the area/Seven Sisters!

Friendly staff and clean room. The double room on the first floor and the bed were a little bit small for two people though. The breakfast was good, but hot food may take a while to arrive during peak breakfast times. There are other cold options you can start with while waiting. Around 20 mins walk from the main train station, but bus station is just 3 mins away.

Parking easy. Selina answered the door quickly and check in just as speedy. Booked a double but was offered a king FOC which was a lovely surprise. Spacious room, bathroom very clean. Heater easy to use (turn off) and big window. Lovely views across Eastbourne, a good second best to a sea view this time of year. Highly recommend

Selina and her team were extremely friendly and welcoming. The house and room were spotlessly clean and comfortable.The breakfast was amazing. I cannot fault anything and would recommend a stay here

What a great guesthouse, Selina and the team can’t do enough for you. Place is spotless clean, great facilities and the breakfast was a treat each and every morning. Parking can be an issue after 6pm but otherwise perfect stay for 3 days, thankyou

Was excellent the B&B Had a job finding a car space as it was very busy as the airshow was on Found a space just round the corner so that was good Staff at B&B very friendly and nothing was to much trouble Would definitely stay again

Amazing breakfast. Only one chef so took a bit of time to wait. But it’s worth the wait.

Really friendly staff and nice property. Quick to give recommendations for dinner and be helpful with any questions and requests. Only small downside was our room was quite small (room 3)- but may just have been ours. It was very clean and well maintained though. We would happily recommend and stay here again.

Greated immediately on arrival host was very friendly , got a parking permit for directly outside, as it saved driving around to try find a free space. Our room was lovely very clean , en-suite shower is amazing, lovely beauty mirror with a light. Slept really well Cooked breakfast to order was hot and very tasty. Also had cereal juices and yogurts . Lovely place to stay
