Excellent location, close to train station and local restaurants. Lovely breakfast

Staff was amazing - we asked for extra pillows and a fan and they were delivered promptly. The breakfast buffet was convenient for us but not alot of choices

Lovely hotel, very helpful staff. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel was clean and was in the process of getting new carpet in the hallway. Rooms were simple and clean, and with the heat, they provided a fan, which was great. It was just off the Main Street, which was really convenient and easy to find. There are a set of stairs up to the desk, so not fully accessible for people with mobility issues.

Clean room and good location however very basic and very old bathroom (albeit as mentioned very clean). Rooms could do with a slight refresh but overall good stay for one night if using as a stop for the Bernina express train. Staff were also very friendly.

Good hotel, off to the side of the hustle and bustle but yet safe. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and staff very friendly. The internet was unstable and there is no AC which was an issue as it was a very hot day. However, they provided a fan which helped. Be aware that they have an elevator from the reception to you room but there’s a flight of stairs from the front door to the reception which was difficult for us with large bags.

The amenities were exactly as described, with the room a bit bigger than expected. The restaurant was closed the night we were there, as we're many of the restaurants in town (I guess Tuesdays are generally their down day). It served our needs well, and we'd happily stay here again.

Stayed for 1 night. Excellent location with access yo train and restaurants. The room was a decent size and the young lady woman working at reception was bery nice. Note a few flights of stairs up to reception from the street but a lift up to rooms.

Rooms are small with very small shower (like one in cruise ship). No lift from street level to room. You walk to reception (1 flight upstair). Lift from reception to room which can accommodate 2 people max.

Spacious quiet room walkable distance from the station. Very helpful and friendly staff. Stairs, no lift, to reception.

L’hôtel est bien situé dans la vielle ville de Chur et près de la gare. Comme il faisait chaud, le ventilateur portatif qui était dans la chambre était très apprécié. Notre chambre avait un cachet historique bien jolie. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

Location; easy access to Old Town.

A convenient location for quick access to ride the Bernina Express. The room was fine and quiet. The breakfast choice was very good also. The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. I asked for fresh milk for tea rather than the powdered ones on offer and this was no trouble. Don't forget to take advantage of the discount card for Chur that is available with your stay!

Bed was comfortable but pillows were quite flat - that may be a Swiss thing. Breakfast was good. No air-conditioning which would have been nice in a heat wave.

The hotel is on a quiet street near the train station and historic area of the town. The staff was great. The room, breakfast, and dining area were all very nice. I would stay there again.
