The property has expanded since our last stay, and the grounds are simply stunning, filled with interesting sculptures and secluded areas (and a great playground), all in the small, busy city of Florence (you can see the Duomo from the garden). What I appreciated the most is the serenity and the attention to detail. The room is beautifully decorated and very clean, and the bedding is typical of four seasons. The cleaning staff provided the most extraordinary service, like arranging all my many toiletry items neatly without being intrusive, to the extent only this Four Seasons has consistently done. My only wish was to have more authentic Italian food in the hotel restaurants.
