Wonderful! Awesome room and very friendly staff. Perfect for a family & toddlers!!

The staff are super helpful and kind. Always willing to go the extra mile in order for customer satisfaction. Everything is so clean and so high standard. They even wrote a handwritten note for my girlfriend (we went for her birthday) and left it in the room as well as a birthday cake slice for her. They are very responsive and communicative with you. The pool is really big but not too deep which wasn’t our favourite. Also there is always a lifeguard on duty but no music or anything so the vibe can be awkward. The hot tub is on the rooftop with a very nice view and honestly so amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. Don’t do valet parking and just go to the parking lot across the street (if you bring a car). Overall, very good.

We ve been coming to Le Crystal whenever we visit Montreal. It is centrally located ,within walking distance to St Catherine s St, shopping district as well as a short walk to Old Montreal. I must say, the major construction on St Catherine St and surrounding streets was kind of a bummer in regards to walking around and shopping etc.. The service/ front desk have always been great and the rooms are very spacious and clean. They are undergoing some minor renovations but was not really an issue ie no loud hammering and such .

Could not have asked for a better experience at a hotel. Staff was beyond professional and helpful went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. Highly recommend booking with them if you plan on traveling and need a wonderful place to stay.

This place was an absolute fav with my well-traveled daughters. It was centrally located close to their favorite shops. Our junior suite was nicely appointed with a modern sleek look. The mini kitchenette was a nice touch. The suite came with gorgeous wood cabinets and closets. The best part was the roof top deck complete with hot tub and indoor pool.

A truly lovely stay! We were delighted to enjoy our wedding anniversary trip at Le Crystal. The staff was amazingly helpful and we felt right-at-home during our stay. The rooftop view from the hot tub was especially wonderful! The one small note I would have is that they should disclose the resort fee before the time of checkout - it should likely be noted on the Expedia page. If there is a way to pay this before checkout occurs, that option should be made available. Thank you again, Le Crystal! We hope to stay with you again in the future!

Great location great staff amazing stay as always

The valet parking and porter service were exceptional friendly, efficient, and well-coordinated. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm and welcoming, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived. Their authentic hospitality made for a truly wonderful experience. I would gladly stay here again.

Beautiful spacious room. Comes with a small kitchenette area with sink, microwave, mini fridge, kettle plus a full set of plates and cutlery. The beds were so comfy, we had the best sleep we’ve had in ages. A great place to stay if you have multiple people in your group because the room and bathroom are huge. Location is amazing too. Would def come back!

We recently stayed at the Warwick in Montreal. We were attending a Canadiens playoff game and were very happy with the location. Only minutes to the arena, cresent and Saint Catherine streets. Old Montreal is a nice walk as well. We stayed with our small dogs and this hotel truly is a ‘pet friendly’ hotel. Upon arrival in our suite there were 2 comfy dog beds, bowls and a special note and gifts for our dogs. We travel often with our dogs and The Warwick went over and above. The staff are exceptional. A special thank you to Ariel who was always friendly and offered lots of local recommendations for us. We loved it so much our original stay of 2 nights turned into 7. We will definitely stay again when we return to this beautiful city.

My second time here, and it never dissapoints. Perfect location and super comfy beds.
