clean, comfortable bed/rood, hot water, friendly staff, great location short walk to main square, restaurant food/menu = fabulous, sister spa was great! we would definitely consider staying here again!!!

Our first time in San Cristobal, we couldn't have picked a better hotel with a better location. Great AC and great bedding. It would've helped to have closets and/or fridge but not a deal breaker.

Beautiful hotel, hacienda vibe. Very close to all the major Attractions and downtown área. The staff was vey nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is very centrally located and has a great restaurant and bar. The patio and courtyard look nice, relaxing and quiet. There was some noise coming from outside the room due to students staying next door that were loud. And our hotel room faced the street so there was some car engine noise but we could still sleep well. The staff was nice and accommodating. The best experience was in the bar with the bartender Adan. He was great, made some amazing drinks for us and gave us some tasting of new liquors we had not tried before like the liquor de jamaica, mucilago de maiz, and pox which is a liquor made from corn. Had a great night in a relaxing atmosphere at the bar.

The room was on the small side with only an interior window so it was darkish. The a/c was great. Both the rooms and public areas were nicely decorated. Beautiful old colonial building with high ceilings, centrally located. Great amiable helpful staff

The room was nice. It is a very clean hotel. The restaurant is very nice. All was good, except the property was noisy. Very noisy. On Saturday night there were people talking next to our room until 3 am. The rooms are not separate from the restaurant and sitting areas. All is open and connected. You year every noise.

My stay was absolutely wonderful!

Clean room, comfortable bed. Housekeeping never came to clean our room. When we asked for clean towels we were told they would be back in an hour but never showed. We finally found a house keeper cart and grabbed a couple of towels. Breakfast was not very good.

Amazing property, great decor and service. Perfectly located and the restaurant is outstanding, amongst the 200 best in Mexico

Absolutely beautiful boutique hotel. I loved everything about it. Very conveniently located to everything. Very Walkable to all major restaurants cafes and landmarks. The only thing I would suggest is a coffee machine in the rooms for those who love there coffee early in the morning like me.

All was great except they sprayd bug killer And the room smelled terrible for a day

Todo muy bien, los Jovenes del staf muy amables pero las damas muy serias nunca saludaban y nos veían como si fuéramos de otro planeta. Nos incomodaba eso, desde las que trabajaban en front desk hasta las que estaban en la cocina. Sin embargo un joven llamado Fernando súper atento , amable, cordial nos ayudó mucho con sus referencias y trato, súper encantador y accesible para lo que se nos ofreciera. El hotel muy lindo y limpio, cerca a todo en san Cristóbal de las casas y con un jardín maravilloso
