Very well kept and clean property. Staff very professional greeted us. Room was ready clean and fresh.

The floor in the bedroom was dusty, it needed sweeping. The swimming pool needed cleaning. Other than that the airport shuttle was great the restaurant staff was also great. The room was ample and nice.

Room was super clean and with a lot of space. AC worked fine and fridge was of a bigger size as other ones from other hotels and working great. I loved that it had a microwave oven. Buffet was delicious and staff super friendly. I would definitely go back.

I reserved because it has a shuttle from and to the airport, but they weren’t picking up the phone so I could get there to sleep a few hours and catch my next flight.

Very nice, only thing was hearing the staff prepare for breakfast at 5 am was not something I like to wake up to.

Love is good just don't like at all that the cleaning staff open the door in the morning when ew where still sleeping an the no disturb sign

We spent 2 days and everything was excellent just the air conditioning was making noises that didn’t let me sleep well. All the staff were very friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was very good. I will stay there next time I visit Monterrey

In all honesty its pretty weird, we are a a family of 4 checking with two daughters of age 7 and 6 months and wanted our children to present a government ID for them to stay there

Hotel overall, just okay. Great front desk staff. Not happy with Lunch staff taking orders. But overall just a okay stay

Staff were very unprofessional. Room was dirty. Floor had not been swept or mopped. Pillows were dirty. Restroom was dirty. Like they try cleaning it but they didn’t care to do a good job.

Nice Place to relax

The hotel and staff are very good, the room was large and clean, bed very comfortable. Bathroom a bit dated but ok. The hotel is by a busy, noisy road though and there is very little by way of dining around the area.
