We checked in late at night since we stranded in Oslo due to train delays. Booking and check in went smooth, it’s located 10min by foot from the central station. Nice guy at the reception that even gave us a room upgrade for free because it wasn’t busy. The room was clean and comfortable, however (like probably usual in hotels) not everything was cleaned well, the water glasses above the sink still had toothpaste in there. Overall good experience tho, modern, everything was quite new, very easy check in and check out and well located for travellers by train. However there are multiple hotels of the same chain (also Comfort Hotel) located even closer to the station. We didn’t have to pay ourselves since the train company had to cover the costs for our stay, otherwise I’d appreciate a little lower costs for the rooms. TV was working fine and there are programms in English.

Had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in process was smooth with a convenient self check-in system, which made arrival quick and hassle-free. The room was spacious enough to fully open our luggage, and the environment felt comfortable and relaxing. There was some minor noise from the ventilation system, but aside from that, everything was fine and did not significantly affect the stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a nice bonus was the rooftop access, perfect for enjoying city views. The hotel also has a spacious common area, ideal for working, relaxing, or just hanging out. Overall, a good option for staying, especially if you value space, convenience, and a comfortable atmosphere.

Stayed at this hotel for 5 days as I was on holiday exploring Oslo. Location is superb, as everything you need is a short walk away. Food markets, and shops all within a 5 minute walk. Rooms are clean, and spacious with a model onsuite. The building itself has a cafe in the lobby, and other amenities like a gym and laundry room if you need it. Checking in is all self service and very easy and user friendly. The only downside is check in was at 3pm which seemed a little late, however did not affect my experience but worth noting. If I ever return to Oslo again, I'll be sure to stay here.

What a terrible hotel they ripped me off! After checking out, I left a T-shirt in the room that means a lot to me. I was still in Oslo for two more days, and I could have picked up the T-shirt, so I called right away to ask them to check the room, and then go there to pick up the T-shirt, but they refused me twice and told me to write a letter requesting a search and return. I had already left Oslo and realized that they had simply kept my item and didn’t want to return it. I know for sure that I left it at that hotel, I called them right away, but they simply decided not to return it. It’s was room 705. If you don't want to get robbed, don't choose this hotel

Not recommending this one, you can do better for the price. I understand the “self service” vibe but it’s like the whole thing is self service, getting your things ready too. Stuff you’d expect in any other hotel as bare minimum is a bit preset here, or paywalled (unless you want to register in yet another app).
