We got there abit early but couldn’t check in which was fine but the hotel was not busy at all, very clean, very easy to find your way round, most of the staff are very nice and helpful. Stayed 3 nights. Great location for bossa. Air con was best I’ve had, pool area good, clean, welcoming, big balcony. The main standout reason we booked Hotel is because they offer late check out of 6pm and we didn’t fly till 9pm but we asked the day before we were told to come back early in the morning so we did at 7am and got told to come back at 10am, when we did we got told the hotel was too full and it was not possible but it’s early in the season and the hotel wasn’t busy at all, we could also book the same hotel room and other types for the night so we felt lied too. Great stay otherwise.

I stayed 6 days at the hotel, stuff is friendly(not all of them) location is ver nice walking distance from everything u might need Housekeeping not bad , but one time they didn’t change the linens . Noisey little bit outside .

My family booked two rooms. Both had the furniture arranged so the couch-bed was already set up. One room did not have any blankets, only sheets. The other room had two thin blankets bagged up in the closet. The staff was receptive to requests for extra towels and blankets. Due to reading previous review, I was prepared for the noise, and they were not wrong. Hotel guests were screaming and carrying on at all hours. At one point the people in the room above us were spraying champagne over the balcony and down on to our room and the street below. Dont come here if you are expecting a good night sleep. Come because it is conveniently located and the last place with availability. Only real complaint is the clogged sewage smell that filled one of our room intermittently throughout our stay.

Great place to stay, lovely pool are and rooms were great. Only comments would be that the rooms were really dark and was hard to see at night. Also quite noisey from strip and rooms above us

Good apartment in a great central location in Ibiza close to party district. There were a few issues with the apartment, the bedroom door didn’t close and the flush did not work properly, the handy man came a day later to fix it. The WiFi also didn’t work for a couple of days. All in all, for Ibiza it’s good value for money, considering the location.

Nice hotel, perfect location. Staff nice and helpful. Clean apartment. Pool area nice and quiet. Would definitely stay here again. We had a problem with one of the AC units in our room, which was leaking, it was inspected immediately and we were given a decent fan as a replacement until it was repaired the following day.

Great location and friendly/helpful staff. Easy to walk to restaurants, bars, and the superclubs. Rooms are clean, but can tell the building is older and has a bit of a musty smell. The rooms are also definitely not soundproof.

Pros: The property is close to the beaches and walking distance to the major beach clubs. Cons: The property, including the surrounding area is a bit run down. Given we booked four rooms, they kept all our rooms in the older of the two properties. We had mutiple issues including later than the 3pm check in, bathroom leaks and toilet issues. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures and the third bed was just a sofa bed. Suggestion: Might make sense to book further into the island where the area is nicer and taxi it to the clubs instead.

We got upgraded to the hotel farther down the street. We had a balcony and everything. Had the best time in Ibiza!

Room was lovely with lots of space. Very modern and clean. Great area as walking distance to Bora Bora. Staff were great and very helpful. Bad points was air con settings weren’t great so didn’t really cool room down. Lighting in room was modern but quiet dull so could only get ready in bathroom. An easy 9/10.

Great location. Our room was pretty big with a balcony which was nice. The rooms are pretty quiet - we never heard anyone. If you want to be close to hi, Bora Bora and Ushuaïa this is a pretty good location

First time in Ibiza. This place is perfect location right by all the action, close to the beach, popular night clubs. Service was outstanding. Hannah was our host at the hotel and she made us feel right at home. She did everything she could to meet our requests. She gave us some good info to help us get around the island. It was nice to see her smiling face each time we made it back to the hotel. Only thing is the hotel room itself was a lil shabby. Only half of a shower door left water on the floor, of course. And thankfully we had 2 AC units in our room because one of them didn't work. And the food there was just eh. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

Really good location. Close to the beach and easy to get taxi’s to main locations.
