Pool didn’t open until 12 noon. The circle in front of the hotel was often closed for taxi pickups

The breakfast was delicious multiple foods to pick from Now the spa the pool on the top floor you have to pay extra for that they dont tell you that when booking this hotel its not free!! Overall my stay was fantastic roberta the front desk was so helpful

The air conditioning didn’t work. I used to stay in this hotel and some parts of the hotel seems to be a little old and not well maintained. Staff is helpful but the level was higher 3 years ago. I would definitely stay again for location and price

The shower water flow was small or narrow. No pressure. The hotel has great views but I wouldn’t rate it a 5 star hotel

Excellent stay and services. Very clean and very central to all locations. Away from crowds and city.

Big room, clean, beautiful.

The room was super small, I booked a twinroom for three adults and they end up giving me a small room and they put an extra twin bed but it was not space at all for anything, I requested a bigger room but there was none available, also the price was going to be the double.

It’s not great that for a 5 star hotel where they advertise a spa, you actually have to pay €30 per 45 minutes of spa time and another €2 for a shower cap!!

Es mi hotel de Madrid en el cual me quedo cada vez voy a Madrid. Si bien está lejos del casco histórico y lejos de comercio central es un hotel fantástico. Excelente relación precio calidad.
