Noce hotel, was close to where we were visiting. Staff were super helpful. Hotel and Room were clean. Mattress was abit frim for my liking, otherwise good stay

The staff was very nice and friendly, and the place was clean. The place could use a bit of an upgrade to the toilets. There was no proper refrigerator in the room.

Chambre propre et accueil courtois. On entend le bruit des voisins de l’étage au-dessus. Un peu cher pour l’endroit par contre.

A lovely, quiet hotel on the outskirts of Montreal.

Staff was excellent, room and fridge was very well stocked.

Lady at the front desk was lovely, she had a hard time getting me checked in. The rooms are clean but very bare. Plugs were far from the nightstands and the thermostat did not seem like it could get to temperature and would randomly blow cold air.

Everything was comfortable until after midnight. Then their "smart auto setback thermostat" took over and the room temperature became too uncomfortable to sleep. Phoned front desk, they were familiar with the issue but had no way to override the problem

I have to say that the staff was very friendly, helpful and very pleasant. This really makes a great difference. The training for the staff must be recognized as being well executed. My stay was very comfortable but, for the second time at the hotel I had difficulty with operating the TV. Each time I was unable to access TV channels.

Found used wash cloth on shower curtain and broken night shade in window on one side. Front desk staff was excelent and restaurant staff great
