This hotel is right near the museum district and an excellent place to stay. The rooms were clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful and made for a very walkable holiday experience. I would stay there again and would recommend this hotel.

The hygiene was unacceptable, there were hairs left on the sink. The front desk staff had a poor attitude and seemed irritated. The photos online are misleading and appear to be from a different hotel about a 10 minute walk away.

Ideal location close to the museums, trams, and places to eat, but set off on a quiet street. Comfy beds, friendly staff and a tasty breakfast. The room was a comfortable temperature and had everything you need for your stay. Would stay here again.

Great location that was easy to access all parts of the city; near to many tram and bus lines and in a lovely, walkable neighborhood. Staff were very nice.

The staff were lovely. The room was clean. For a rather inexpensive hotel it was very nice & in a very safe area. Close to museums and about 18 minutes from the shopping. Very easy to get to on a bus from the airport as well!

It was all well. I found Mr. valps, manger in charge very uncooperative. First he said he does not know English and later I found him talking to other clients in English. That means he did not want to speak to non white people. Secondly I asked him if we can check in early. He asked for 10 euro per hour. In my previous stay at the same hotel, we payed 5 euro per hour. I asked him if he will give a receipt for it, he denied. I asked him for his card, he denied to give.

Hotel is in a good location near all the museums and a nice 30 min walk into the center. The room wasn’t the cleanest, bottles under the bed from previous guests alongside crumbs on the carpet corners where hoovering had not been done: We pressed clean up before leaving the room each day and found the bedsheets were not changed and had the same stain on for the whole duration of our stay despite it being obvious to cleaning staff the bedding needed changing. If you’re looking to bed out most of the day it’s a nice hotel for Amsterdam and affordable.

This hotel was located 4 minutes walking distances from the best museum and transportation, the area was very cute with lots of food options and things to do. The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The bathroom was clean and room although small was comfortable. Only stayed 2 nights.

The location of this hotel was great! Overall it was clean and safe. I do wish the shower was cleaned a bit better on the corners but nothing crazy! I understand it is a bit small. I would recommend staying here.

ROOM WAS DISGUSTING. A serious health concern. There were BUGS crawling on the mattress. Stains on the bedding. Dust, food, and dirt all over the floor. They told us they could not switch the room. We were told not to check out and they would notify us when a better room became available. They never notified us, then told me they checked us out and could not offer any compensation- NO alternate room, or anything. I am severely disappointed, disgusted. and traumatized from this experience. No matter what you do, DO NOT STAY HERE!
