The room was clean but not to the standard of a 5* hotel (cracked basin in bathroom, poor water flow in sink, tired looking furniture) but top rate for the bed comfort. Staff were very polite and extremely helpful the whole time. I used the pool which was great and booked a spa treatment. This was not good value for money. I have had many body massages and this was not well done. More like moving oil around my skin. Please check the standard of staff training in the spa.

Great place - a pity the redtaurant closes relatively early, and the long queue for breakfast was annoying...

The room was clean but the grouting around tiles were yellow. The mirror over the table was too high to sit and make myself up. Wardrobe and furniture were a bit dated. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Always seemed to do more and above of what was expected. The breakfast was amazing! Lots of variety for everyone. Although I would like to see the addition of strawberries blueberries and raspberries to the breakfast menu. Parking was a bit of a surprise cost. I didn’t read anything on line about the cost of £25 for parking overnight. That was definitely an unwelcome hidden cost! The spa didn’t seem to cater for disabled people?

For the grandeur of the hotel, the breakfast was not the best for the money self service with tinned mushrooms and the sausages not the best, plus not very hot. And another thing is they charge for parking, a hotel situated away from any means of getting there other than by car with plenty of land you should not be charged to park at £13.50 a day when simular hotels at the same rates do not charge. It is a very nice art deco looking place with a lovely spar and pool.

We had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. One thing to be aware of when budgeting for your stay is the parking charges. The undercover car park costs £25.00 per night, while the open-air car park costs £13.50 per night. As we both travelled separately and met at the hotel, we each had a car, which made the parking costs particularly expensive. Personally, I don't agree with charging overnight guests for parking at this venue. If the hotel were located in a city centre, I could understand the need for parking fees, but given the amount of surrounding land available, it feels unnecessary and detracts from an otherwise excellent experience.

Fantastic stay at the Celtic manor resort. Staff were amazing, always looking to help. Food in the grill was great as were the staff. My only negative points are parking, you get charged £25 to park as a guest which is London price's for hotel parking. The other is not responding to an email I sent asking for details and instructions. Apart from that, it was all great.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The facilities and the location are both spectacular. All staff members were just brilliant. A particular 'shout out' to Sasha and John in the restaurant, Steak at Six. Thank you for taking such good care of me and my friends. We all had a fantastic time: Thank you. You are awesome at what you do.
