Great location and very walkable. Close to transport links to airport and within walking distance to bus station. Thank you to Opera hotel and expedia for the upgrade. Room was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Very well located property a short walking distance from the bus terminal and walking distance to the town center.

Can't complain. It has everything we needed, location was fantastic, room was a good size and clean. The one thing I'd highlight to hotel management are the beds - we had 2 twin beds but they were extremely narrow, not quite normal twin size. Other than that, the hotel did the job. Didn't test out the breakfast or bar.

I got horrible food poisoning, which started about 3 hours after I ate the hotel breakfast, and didn't eat anything else that day. It could have been from something I ate the night before, but I'm not sure. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, helping me call a car and checking on me while I was sick.

The hotel is convenient for public transport routes to/from the airport. Local shops, 5 minutes walk from the National Opera House, around 10 minutes from the old town.

There was no spa at the hotel. The elevator buttons do not work on the ground floor. Reception made me feel really unwelcome on check-in.

Fantastic experience I had an excellent stay at Opera Hotel. The room was spotless, very comfortable, and well looked after. The staff were welcoming and professional, always willing to help. Breakfast was excellent, with super fresh and tasty food, and the restaurant staff were amazing friendly, attentive, and made the experience even better. The location is perfect and everything exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
