BEST HONEYMOON EVER!!!! This resort focuses on making your trip relaxing, intimate, and convenient. From the location to the gorgeous suites, it is everything and more. We worked with George, Costas, Petros, and so many other staff members and everyone was so friendly and helpful. We are already wanting to plan our next trip.

The resort was truly amazing, be aware there are lots of steps which lead down to the property as it’s on a cliff face.(very steep up & down) We had a junior suite with an indoor jacuzzi, we could hear the bump inside the cupboard all night long. The resort is peaceful, with breathtaking views. Would certainly return again… ideally rent a car/bike to get around. Nearest village for shopping / bars / resturants is Akrotiri. Go to the nearby lighthouse for sunsets.

Staff was so nice and helpful. Arranged a car rental and had many suggestions for eating and sight seeing.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. It actually seemed like it bothered them when we didn’t call them to come get our luggage at checkout. The breakfast was great and made to order. We even asked for a coffee option every day that was not on the menu but they made it for us. The last morning power and water was lost on the whole island. Not the hotel’s fault. They couldn’t make the coffee we ordered. When the power and water returned. They brought us the other coffee. Very thoughtful. This is where we will stay when we come back to Santorini.

Our room had its private hot tub on our balcony. We used this a lot since the pool water was chilly this time of year. The reception staff George and Kostas were very friendly and attentive. Daily Breakfast is included and was great! You are able to select from numerous breakfast options. This location is close to Akrotiri, so you are away from the chaos of the busy tourist areas.

First class place with first class service. The views from every room are breathtaking! Highly recommend!

This hotel is the perfect place if you're looking for a relax hotel to stay at. At times I felt like no one else was staying at the hotel because it was so peaceful and everyone on the staff was very friendly. I would definitely stay here at Asarte Suites again!

5 star hotel, staff, and experience.

When we were booking online the picture they show for senior suite was different from what they have provided us and we had to pat additional €235 for changing the room to what we had seen online. They didn’t accomodate us because of their incorrect website information. Then they arranged the rental car for us stating that they are doing business with this company for over 10 years and the company is trustworthy but we ended up paying €200 additional on top of the rental price for the scratch to the car that was already there and they blamed us for that scratch. Hotel staff arranged the rental and refused to communicate at the end saying that they don’t have anything to do with rentals. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to trust Astarte suites staff please do not ruin your vacation.

Do not stay at this property, what they say on the website is very misleading. They are in the middle of nowhere, they are not in walking distance of any place. The closest place to this property is at least 20 minutes Drive. On the website it said it’s closed Oia city but it’s not it’s about 40 to 45 minutes Drive. The Hotel is built on a cliffhanger and it’s so windy that you can’t get out of your room to enjoy the view and can’t even leave your door open. The property is so outdated and not clean there are bugs everywhere. The door to the rooms still uses an ACTUAL KEY with Key hole NOT Key Card. The Wi-Fi does not work and it keep saying no internet. Their TV didn’t work. Also we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign for our room and they didn’t have it. We asked them that while we are not there no one should enter our room but they did go to our room for even the short time that we were not there and my iPad is missing and got stolen.

What a magical and beautiful place built into the hillside of southern Santorini. The staff were the most attentive ever and the site was beautiful in every way!

this property was above and beyond our expectations. The staff was very humble. They made sure we had a really nice trip Jenny Petros and anesthesia went above and beyond to make sure you had a good stay would definitely recommend.
