Perfect location right opposite Kitami Station. Great value for the price. Helpful staff and nice breakfast. Super convenient: Parabo supermarket very nearby. Room space was just right for two. Enjoyed the quiet, peaceful city.

Staff was very helpful even though Japanese is not my first language. There were many English resources, and its very close to the main bus station

Check in staff member was outstanding. The room was very clean; normal size for Japan. We appreciated the laundry. Also appreciated guest parking. We felt welcome. Would stay again.

Great location convenient to transport and restaurants. Helpful and kind staff who made effort to provide information despite language barrier, with combination of technology and staff member with english capabilities.

The room was extremely small. I would expect this size in Tokyo, but not in the suburbs way away from a population center.

とても綺麗な設備で駅前なので繁華街にも行きやすいです。 駐車場がたくさんあるので少し歩いても大丈夫なら最高に便利なホテルです。

安く宿泊できた。 部屋は普通のビジネスホテル。綺麗だった。 朝食は品数少な目だったが、スムージー2種類がありとても良かった。 駐車場代が無料だったのも良かった。

網走、摩周湖、屈斜路湖、斜里町への観光拠点として利用。駅前商店街、駅に近くて立地はGOOD。設備的には、特に気になる点はありません。朝食は、無料の割には頑張っているし、使い捨て容器に入れて、部屋で食べることが出来るようにしているのは、座席数の少なさを補う対策としてGOOD。

コンパクトでキレイなホテルです ホテルの敷地内の駐車場は広いですがすぐ埋まります。近隣の駐車場を案内されますが、無料です。 ２日間連泊ですが、快適でした
