The staff were amazing throughout the hotel

Lovey hotel, clean and comfortable room Staff were very nice Location is good Plenty of food choices Only downside for our trip here was waiting for lifts… As able bodied fairly young people, we didn’t really mind walking up and down 7 flights of stairs to and from our room, but for two mornings of our stay the stairs were cordoned off for vacuuming / carpet shampooing… at the busiest time of day???? Bizarre behaviour?! So we HAD to wait for a lift and the waiting times were simply ridiculous, made worse by some of the lifts being out of service…

Great food and lovely staff

Very clean and spacious.

The room was basic but clean, view was of the dual carriageway. Food was good and varied. The pool area was very busy, difficult to get sunbeds and after 3pm was just dirty with left plates and cups lying around. There was no space anywhere, nowhere for kids to play football, no grassy area, and the music was non stop. Not a very relaxing holiday but the kids had fun in the pool.

Staff were nice , helpful and friendly.

We had a great stay very comfortable beds. Staff are lovely. Nice clean hotel. Food was great lots to choose from. Overall we had a amazing time. Would highly recommend

Great stay. Staff friendly and very hardworking. Good food and hotel is kept very clean. Room a little tired but hotel is in process of refurbishing so hopefully this will be resolved soon.

Just got back from a great week's family holiday. Ticked every box for us, price,location,food etc. Big shout out to the service, absolutely brilliant from the animation team to the waiting staff. Puts some 5 star hotels we've stayed at to shame

Amazing.. good was great and plenty of choice !

The hotel was very central unfortunately the area is hilly. The room requires some new furniture and fridge as old, also a proper chair to sit and some pegs on wall to hang clothes to air at end of day. Towels were hard and at times frayed, maybe fan in bathroom

As returning guests of multiple visits we can recommend the Hotel for its friendly staff with special mention to Sidi who always remembers us. The rooms are comfortable and well attended. Queues at the bars are limited to few due to some self service options. The food is varied and great quality. The pools are excellent even having to join in the madness of putting towels out and staying with them from pre 0730. But, it’s better than previously when you had to wait for chains to be unlocked. Another perfect holiday.

The hotel was good. The food was acceptable. Decent choices each day. Definitely a family oriented hotel. The pool area is over crowded although there were plenty of loungers as a result. Perfect budget getaway for an all inclusive option.

Our stay at the hotel is very good. Five star to the entertainment team and the staff. There are lots of activities for all ages, from kids to adults to the whole family. The furniture in the room need to be upgraded - worn table legs etc. The dinner food cuisine varies day by day which is great!
