Staff friendly.Hotel clean and well kept.Would stay again.The only negative was there was no air con just a fan...but because building old wouldn't expect.Also check where your room looks out on as mine was not good ...

Room was clean and standard. No aircon and very loud area. Was fine for one night.

If you booked through Hotel.com or Expedia and use the Savoy’s carpark there will be a per diem fee. This is not made clear in any online description I saw, before booking. Front facade of hotel is not typical’Savoy’ standard. They ruined the appearance of a lovely Georgian house with roof top dormer windows. It’s an easy ten min walk to Centre of St Helier or the Bay which have high end shops and restaurants. Pool at Savoy hotel was good but no lifeguard or outside shower. Most of all no aircon in bedrooms - get stifling hot at night. Good range of breakfasts but hotel restaurant food is basic. Situated directly across the road from Jersey Fire station and nearly next door to the Ambulance depot. Plenty is sirens at all times or day and night. Hotel staff pleasant bit evening restaurants staff somewhat offhand.

Room was spotlessly clean as was all of this hotel. It's about 15 - 20 minutes walk to St Helier centre. The breakfast was also very good. We didn't use the pool as we were busy sightseeing but it looked great. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The staff were helpful , especially as I had problems with my card. Shower gel in the bathroom but the wrong end (they were on the opposite side to the shower)

Great hotel with outside pool. Evening entertainment few evenings each week. Delicious meals, all freshly made. Spacious dining areas. Very friendly helpful staff. Lovely bedrooms/ensuites. Could do with air-con in bedrooms. Despite having fans, the rooms were very hot during the week we stayed in July.

The Hotel is ideally situated within a short walk to Town & Bus Terminal No bedrooms have Air Conditioning only a ceiling fan which during very hot months is not satisfactory. The room was kept immaculately clean by cleaning staff. All the staff were very friendly & attentive. The breakfast was adequate with plenty of choice. The outside pool area looked lovely & well maintained.

Excellent hotel,spotlessly clean. Very attentive staff. Great breakfast and really good evening meal. Highly recommended. 10 mins walk into town centre.

Hotel was clean though a bit tired. We paid extra for a pool view. Breakfasts were good, good selection and could request porridge, scrambled eggs etc which we did. Staff very helpful and nice to have a pool. One of our party was vegan and was accommodated with food.

Lovely hotel. Nice pool area. Ate dinner there one night with a live jazz band which was nice. Good selection for breakfast and all the staff were lovely. Only downside no aircon in the room although they supplied a fan but not ideal for

Friendly and helpful staff. Good size swimming pool. Room was extremely hot as Jersey saw record temperatures but was still very hot when temperatures cooled down outside (no AC). Good breakfast though could do with fresh fruit selection.

Loved the pool and the breakfast was fab. Rooms old style but clean and all that was needed for a 4 night stay.

The building is old and in need of refurbishment, no aircon which in the hotest June on record was a major problem. No ceiling fans either. Food was excellent and the outdoor pool a blessing in the oppressive heat. Definitely come to Jersey again but will stop elsewhere.

Outside pool in a heatwave was a godsend

Fantastic stay. Balcony was huge, and the weather was perfect. One day we struggled to park because there was an afternoon tea event, but generally all fine. Staff were all lovely. Disappointed that there were no working coffee machines at breakfast, just ready made filter coffee…I do love a cappuccino! Plus had to ask for decaf. A good selection though. Swimming pool and outdoor area was amazing.

Rooms were very dated but fortunately we were moved to a refurbished room which was excellent, more walk in showers needed. The rooms very very clean, Breakfasts excellent, outdoor pool area very nice. Restaurant was very nice and food good. The staff on reception were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble for them, went out off their way to make sure we were happy with our stay. Would recommend as ideally situated within walking distance to sea front.

Our stay covered the June heatwave so not a normal time. The breakfast, pool, pool area, bar, hotel cleanliness & staff were all very good. The only downside was our room (37). End of a corridor at the front of the hotel & directly above the entrance to the hotel so all the deliveries were very noisy early in the morning. The room was stiflingly hot throughout the day despite the windows being open & the portable fan on. The hotel can’t do anything about the weather but the noise was disturbing especially as sleeping was already difficult.
