Check in as easy. Front desk was super helpful. The room was decent and clean. A little out of date but nothing terrible. Rm 205 with 2 kings. 1 mattress was fantastic, 1 was garbage and all the support was gone.

The staff are very friendly and helpful when a need arises. The girls on the desk got us quickly checked in. Our room was clean and tidy with all the necessary essentials. As we were on the 4th floor there was no disturbing noises or loud neighbors. It is nice to have ample parking and no added charge for this. Breakfast was delicious and the hot items were hot and with plenty of variety. We have stayed here many times since 2009 and this is my choice of accommodation. Thank you to the staff for making me feel like family.,

There was no hot tub just a pool. The breakfast was tasty.

Parking available close to building: location was super close to the venue and made it easy to get there and back: breakfast was awesome lots of choice for a continental.

To much noise between floors

The room was quite large and clean. Breakfast was good. Only issue was the lighting in the parking lot, it appeared that lights were out and we drove past the entrance.

Air conditioner loud , bed uncomfortable, can hear everything in the room above us. Pool was fun , breakfast was okay , the side room with the bunkbeds were a fun addition!

Other than the ice only being on the main floor our stay was great. Room was clean. Lots of space & the bunk beds were a hit.

Everything was great in terms of cleanliness, staff, breakfast and parking. View from our window looking over the town was special. For some reason the whole building was incredibly warm and the AC/heater unit in our room sounded like a train as it ran all night.

The room we stayed in had a leak in the window. It started raining shortly after we arrived and had to use most of the towels to soak up the water dripping in on the windowsill. Breakfast was ok.. could have a touch more variety. The beds were comfortable

couldn’t adjust the heat temperature in the room and air conditioner was broken.

Online check-in/-out facilitated a quick and easy process. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was basic but clean, comfortable, and quiet. The complimentary juice, tea, coffee as well as morning breakfast was a pleasant surprise. Very convenient location near lots of restaurants and stores.

Good breakfast, pool and updated room

The breakfast was only missing fresh fruit and maybe a choice of meat. Like maybe bacon as opposed to sausage. Parking was good, I could see my car from my room on third floor. Yard was a bit messy but they still have some snow. The tub in the room had spots on it. Not sure if it wasn't cleaned or if it's just discolouration. Either way it should be taken care of. The room number was 326. The staff was so friendly and it was pretty close to being perfect other than those few things.

Clean room. Friendly staff. Ample parking. Good breakfast. Quiet
