I like the location, it's at a walkable distance of shopping, food and banks/Atms. The breakfast is good with fresh fruit every day and they make your breakfast as ordered.

From the minute, I walked in the door to check in. I was treated with kindness and efficiency of the staff. I cannot give this hotel enough praise from the front desk to the housekeeping to everyone at the breakfast. I think it was one of the friendliest staff hotels I have ever been to, and I cannot say enough about the breakfast buffet, and also the housekeeping staff.

Las habitaciones y baños están remodeladas, el desayuno muy completo. Sólo que el estacionamiento está bastante reducido, y debes maniobrar mucho para estacionarte.

Staff was helpful, rooms are big. Dirty sheets and room seemed not vacuumed.

This is one of the best places I've ever stayed, and I've stayed in many different hotels with pools, which aren't really necessary because you won't have enough time to explore and discover more of the area. And best of all, right there at the Hotel Fray, they offer tours to the Riviera Nayarit, San Blas, the Marietas Islands, and the hop-on hop-off bus. Thanks to all the hotel staff, who have been running the place as a family business since it opened. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And parking

The room was very clean, it’s centrally located, every interesting places to visit are at a walking distance. The food at the restaurant is delicious. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

Breakfast was excellent as usual. The bed and pillows in the new rooms could be more comfortable. Have stayed here on many occasions and never really disappoints.

Room was clean and well maintained during our stay, clean ed daily with bottled water daily, clean towels, and linens. The maids were great they realized we didn't want the extra blanket so left it off each day bed made up. Could have used more information when we checked in, there was a language barrier, not the clerk's fault as I should have asked more questions in Spanish.
