Very good hotel and service

Everything was nice, checkin was smooth and helpful and the restaurant was very good and breakfast

The staff was helpful and friendly. It is in good location near a nice mall, shopping, cafe's and a great little pizza stand across the the street with a wood burning oven to cook the pizza.

Not downtown but it served our needs.

This hotel is not a 4 star hotel First ..hall ways smell on cigarettes . There are ash trays in hall ways and in the Rooms ., You would think we were back in the 80's Walls are in needof paint hallways and rooms .. Air conditioning is exelent in lobby In the rest of hotel it's 80 degrees They close ac at night in rooms ... Wish I would of taken pictures ,, You can see it's out dated and struggling With vacancys. .. Great location that's a positive And the breakfast Sam

Hotel was great, nice restaurant. Beds were harder than we were used to, but overall it was very nice. Would stay there again.

The staff was very helpful of our needs tho' the dining staff did not speak English at all. The food was very good and the wifi worked well. There was a lot of construction going on around the hotel area; access was a bit hard. Parking was free. Very clean and pleasant.

Si il menù della colazione era fresco, nelle vicinanze c'è il centro commerciale Metropolis. Le dimensioni della camera familiare adeguate, però una stanza che emanava uno sgradevole odore di chiuso.

L'hotel è in una posizione abbastanza comoda, la struttura rispecchia i tempi d'oro dei 4 stelle anni '90, con i dettagli dorati sparsi ovunque, emolto pulito ed il personale è cortese e disponibile, sempre con il sorriso... Unico appunto, la manutenzione e la cura dei dettagli andrebbe decisamente aumentata, perché si rischiadi entrare nel fatiscente e non lo merita. Nel complesso una buona esperienza

Albergo vecchiotto, nella mia camera i canali tv non tutti si vedevono,colazione povera di piatti e qualità non eccelsa ,per essere un quattro stelle dovrebbe rinnovarsi.

Hotel di buon livello, che forse richiede un prossimo svecchiamento. Nel complesso comunque ampi spazi e servizi adeguati.
