Once you make a reservation, they do not allow for adjusting your days regardless of the reason. We contacted both hotels.com and the hotel directly, but could not make any adjustments. So we simply lost all of our money.

Only downside is you need to ask for a golf cart to take you to and from the beach to the hotel, other than that, it’s our favorite hotel at Ain Alsokhna. Highly Recommended.

Great property, very clean and well maintained. Excellent location. The staff at this property is exceptional! They are extremely polite, friendly and helpful. There is a lot of good amenities. The golf hotel is smaller compared to the grand hotel, but you have free shuttle to the grand hotel (about 7 min drive in a golf cart) and free access to the pool, beach and gym at the grand hotel. September is a great time to go.

Place is very quite and more suitable for relaxing But far from sea and heve to go to another place for beach

We were very disappointed with the food quality at the hotel. The bread tasted of eggs. The buffet food looked nice, but did had no taste. We ordered sandwiches from room service, the French fries were cold and not soggy. F

Was good overall

Always a challenge using non-American facilities. Especially, in regards to levels of standard when comparing star ratings. The gore is rated at 5 stars. Service, staff, and other immenities were outstanding. Ability to use sister hotels services was a plus. Room was a 3 at best. No room iron or board - only available as a chargeable expense. Overall, a great place to stay.

Superb Staff very helpful and location of the hotel was magnificent the most thing i loved is it totally not noisy and would recommend this property so much Mr. Wael , Mr. Gerges and Ms. Isabella really appreciated for your kindness and looking forward to meet you again. Spa Service is amazing by Thalasso Spa.

The food was very good. The room was not very clean.

I would recommend that people avoid this place, the service is terrible. The hotel just wants to charge money for everything (wifi and even the use of the games - speed ball). Taxi's from the hotel are vastly overpriced.
