Central location in Ostersund with parking behind the hotel. There is also a garage under the hotel and a multi storey car park nearby. Friendly staff. Rooms are a nice size although as others have said the room decor is dark so you need to turn on multiple lights to light up the room. The winter park at the frozen lake is wonderful!

Pleasant and comfortable

Nice two days business visit at Östersund, hotel is in good spot right in the hard of the town, depite to that it was easy to find free over night place for big van I was travelling.

Asked hotel if the nightclub was operational due to previous bad reviews. They promised me it was closed but on friday and saturday night it was fully functioning till early hours of the morning.

A great place to escape the rain and get a massage while riding my motorcycle from the north of sweden

Clean, convenient and well-maintained property. Staff was very friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to provide for us during our stay. Very comfy beds!

The hotel is decent overall, but we experienced two nights of disruptive nightclub music coming through the walls. Additionally, the lighting in the bathroom is so dim that it's barely adequate for basic tasks, like walking without stumbling. The breakfast doesn't meet the usual high Scandinavian standards. The hotel's redeeming feature is its spa with a great view, but aside from that, our stay has been quite disappointing. On a positive note, the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very nice and helpful staff, and a very lovely and large selection in the breakfast buffet. The atmosphere with all the nice details in the bar and lobby.

Rummet var kallt , annars var allt super . SPA är en härlig avkoppling både morgon & kväll . Personalen är alltid trevliga . Särskild Håkan som tar hand oss väl & Viktor som är inne på olearys nu men alltid varit på SPA avdelningen . Saknade honom där uppe med sitt trevliga sätt att ta hand om gästerna . Så vi rekommenderar verkligen detta hotell i Östersund 😊

Gillar detta hotell. Ligger bra till i stan, och väldigt trevlig personal. Fin spa avdelning. Om man ska gnälla på något så tycker jag belysningen är dålig i badrummet. Övrigt mycket bra.

Veldig bra service og hyggelig betjening

De var okej. Rummet håller på att falla samman. Började med att öppna dörren och något från dörren lossnade. Dusch rasade när man satte på den och duschhuvudet fungerade knappt. Städat och rent i rum. Spa cloud var värt pengarna om du tycker om att sitta i gul/grönt vatten. Personal på hotellet var 10/10. Smilla i receptionen var super trevlig. Personalen är det enda som drog upp poängen.
