A basic hotel that that what you need for a short stay

The hotel and room were excellent, however the Wi-Fi was very poor to non existent. The shower pressure was not very good, with the temperature constantly fluctuating when in use.

The staff at check in were clearly prejudice and not very friendly or helpful. Then inside the room the sheets and pillowcases smelled like mildew. The A/C was not working and the wifi did not work the whole 2 days we were there. It was a nightmare. Finally, on the last day after my husband spoke to countless staff, managers and complained they offered to refund half our stay.

No Evenings meal service. Web site says the have a restaurant open in the evenings on Saturday but they didn’t. We ordered in pizza.

Stayed twice on a trip to spain and back. The first time was O.K, even though we had to wait for 15min for someone to show up at the "24h reception" for checking out. On our way back, we got a room on the bottom floor, which was populated with some local bugs, it wasn't too bad, though. This time, however, we got locked out while loading the car, since the card-reader at the back door was broken and the "24h reception" was once again not occupied and the door bell did not prompt any reaction for over 15 minutes. Left the hotel room card and a note below the entrance sliding door, couldn't be bothered to stand out in the storm for longer.

when we arrived at the hotel the restaurant was shut (despite advertising its open on Saturday night), the nearest restaurant is three miles away so without a car you can’t get there and the WiFi didn’t work so we couldn’t even order takeaway The location is inconvenient for any sort of town and the airport so if you haven’t got a car you will spend a lot on taxis Staff were abrupt and unhelpful On the plus side the rooms were basic but they were clean There were hardly any other guests so it was a very quiet atmosphere I definitely wouldn’t recommend

A really good value hotel in close proximity to Grenoble airport.

The hotel is clean and with good services. The rooms are spacious and very confortable. The area near the hotel is bit empty.

There are no hotels on site at Grenoble Airport. The city of Grenoble is nearly 30 miles from the airport, and whereas there are no shortage of hotels you are still half an hour from the terminal. The Best Western Palladio is on the western outskirts of Voiron, right next to the motorway (it is accessed from the island at the motorway exit). Grenoble airport is one stop north on the A48 and is less than 15 minutes from hotel carport to airport terminal. The hotel itself is small, modern and convenient. The check in staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms are small, but neat, clean, warm and comfortable - the bed in particular was very comfortable - i had a very good night’s sleep. The hotel has its own restaurant which has a sensibly priced menu with plenty to choose from from three course meal to a burger (and a nice burger too). If you are looking for somewhere to stay for access to Grenoble Isere Airport you will not do better.

Pleasant stay at this hotel although far from city center.

Nice hotel about a 20 minute walk from the city centre (5 minutes by car). Clean, well maintained room with excellent wi-fi. The only let down was the cost of breakfast. 13 Euro was far to expensive for what was on offer.

Typical business one night hotel in industrial location adjacent to motorway. Only restaurant in the area is in the hotel and only serving buffet on Saturday night. Good restaurants available in Voiron but route to centre not easy.

Hotel was a bit dated, rooms quite small and need a refresh but it is the best you are going to find in the area. Wifi was not stable.

An unplanned stay. Just an overnight stay after arriving on a very delayed flight, needing to collect a car from the airport the next day. Non-smoking room requested, but could still smell smoke.

This is a hotel for business travel. Arrive late, depart early. That way you don't have to eat the food or look round the area. Room was comfortable, got a good nights sleep.

The best hotel in the area. It is easily accessible from the highway, and the staff is available 24/7. Perfect for business or pleasure
