Small but kept spotless. We got a free breakfast buffer with our rate and the spread was outstanding. Great location in that you can walk to the Central Market area in 5 minutes.

My stay started out very rocky but the night manager was amazing! Mary the manager went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied with our room. Breakfast was amazing! The entire staff were very accommodating. The hotel is near the city center, ladies it's a shoppers paradise! We stayed in the Jr Suite which was very spacious. The team at Atrion will go the extra mile for you!

Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. Parking was close by for in a grave for 12 Euro per night Staff was friendly a the room was small but clean.

Close to center of town with shopping and restaurants. Nice lobby. Bathroom was very small. Good water pressure. Room had a musty smell and I wasn’t able to move. View of water in pic was very misleading. Terrible view from balcony. Male checking in was helpful. Female at checkout abrupt. Felt they should have compensated me for room as I had asked for no scents. Not the first to complain of mustiness. Bad for allergies. Otherwise room was in good condition

This hotel was in a very convenient location. It was clean and the room was your “typical hotel room.” The breakfast buffet was very good. The pictures of the views presented online are not a fair representation of what the views from the rooms really are. Ours was overlooking a construction site and semi demolished building. I left some clothing hanging in the closet and within 24 hours the hotel had made arrangements for a courier to send them to my hotel in Chania for which I was very thankful. A good stay overall.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a quick stop in Heraklion. it is walkable to a lot of dining and shopping options. It is also very close to the port. We got to our fast ferry boat to Santorini super fast! The staff and service is okay. I was not fond of the front desk. They looked like they were always in a bad mood. Only one (night shift) was really nice. He made sure we had breakfast to-go for our early departure.

The room was tiny and there were small ants crawling around on the floor.

Good location, breakfast good, comfortable bed and room, clean. Had balcony but not a sea view. Perfectly satisfactory accommodation

Property was convenient for a one night stay l, but the rooms are in need of renovation and the bar was unmanned all afternoon and evening so we had to venture out for a cocktail. Bathroom was small and tiles were chipped everywhere. Shower was in need of repair. Would not return.

It was very nice. Close to center and walking distance to shops, restaurants and Heraklion archeological museum.
