Excellent staff and services , budget friendly and nice place to stay . No single issues can book with peace of mind .

The room smelled like someone was smoking in it all night and day. I had the room for multiple days, and ended up leaving after the first night, even though I had to pay for another hotel. Best money I spent. It’s a shame because the staff were quite nice, but the room, facilities, and vibe was terrible.

Hotel was fine Reception is a little aged but the room was spotless and the Staff were helpful and friendly Would stay there again

Overall room was clean if a little tired, needing refurbishment. This was reflected in the fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel. I had previously stayed at the hotel approx 12 months (Ramada) before and it was 'tired' then, so in need of capital expenditure.

Clean room. Very good breakfast Comfortable bed Good shower. Good place to stay apart from the corridor smelling of cannabis & from the room across from us. Alarm did go off for a few minutes so obviously using it in the room however we didn't know whether to leave premises as there wasn't any staff involvement.

It was more of a 3rd star hotel.

Clean, comfortable and plenty of parking space Breakfast was very good too.

It was all I needed for a visit to Dudley to see family. Convenient, room was satisfactory (although no info sheet - I had to go down to reception to find wifi password and breakfast times) Phone in the room didnt appear to work. Bed was comfortable, a beautiful blossom tree was outside my window. Parking was good and breakfast was ideal.

This little gem made a stay in the area that much better, the staff were super super helpful and friendly and the whole place was spotlessly clean, yes it has a few tatty areas that could be addressed but eveything else out weighs that. Never been to the area and experienced the hospitality at such a high standard. Well done all

The breakfast was very good and good value for money. The evening meal was very nice and good value for money.

The room

We didn't book breakfast, staff at reception helpful. Wouldn't look to book there again, place felt damp, and not warm. Cleaner wanted to come in early to the room, and the moment we were having was lost

Quick service & clean room. Big bed, spacious but heating was broken. Clockwork timer next to bed slightly annoying ticking when you’re trying to drop off.
